Role focus:

Within this role, you may focus on one of two directions within BetterMe Store:
 

• Equipment — workout-focused content and product usage.
• Sportswear — fashion-focused content and styling.

Your impact:
 

• Identify, onboard, and build strong relationships with fitness professionals, UGC creators, and lifestyle influencers to produce high-quality UGC for social media campaigns.
• Develop detailed UGC briefs and moodboards focused on product usage, workout routines, or styling & visual aesthetics to promote BetterMe Store products across key platforms (prioritizing TikTok & Instagram).
• Analyze the effectiveness of influencer campaigns and UGC content, leveraging a data-driven approach to optimize future strategies and initiate improvements.
• Continuously monitor market trends, viral formats, and best practices within the health, wellness, and fashion / athleisure industries, bringing fresh, innovative ideas to the team. 

About you:
 

• 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, UGC with a strong focus on content and storytelling (experience with the US market is a plus).
• Proven experience in executing influencer campaigns and driving measurable results on Instagram and TikTok.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and project management skills for effective collaboration with creators and internal teams.
• Deep understanding of either the fitness & wellness space (workouts, routines, product usage) or fashion & styling (visual storytelling, aesthetics).
• Ability to craft compelling scripts, briefs, and ad concepts (hooks & CTAs) tailored to the target audience.
• Basic understanding of performance marketing metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness (considered a strong plus).
• Familiarity with TikTok & Instagram content: platform-native formats, creative approaches, and what makes content perform.
• Fluent English proficiency.

Role Overview:

As a C/C++ Developer, you’ll build reliable, high-performance system services and daemons that power Flamingo’s open-source infrastructure for MSPs.

You will work closely with backend engineers to design, implement, and optimize cross-platform components responsible for device management, monitoring, and secure data exchange.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop cross-platform agents, daemons, and background services in Rust for Windows, macOS, and Linux.
• Work with low-level system APIs and platform-specific tools: Win32 API, LaunchAgents/Daemons, systemd, and more.
• Integrate services with backend infrastructure via HTTP, WebSockets, and NATS.
• Write secure, asynchronous, and performant Rust code using Tokio, Serde, and Tracing.
• Optimize real-time data processing, message handling, and network performance.
• Collaborate with backend and platform teams to ensure reliability, observability, and security across deployments.
• Contribute to our open-source projects by writing clean, documented, and community-friendly code.

Qualifications:

Must-Have

• Strong proficiency in C/C++ with experience writing system-level or low-level software.
• Experience developing system-level software for at least one major OS (Windows, macOS, or Linux).
• Familiarity with platform APIs (e.g., Win32 API, systemd, macOS Daemons).
• Solid understanding of networking (TCP/UDP, WebSockets, HTTP).
• Experience with multi-threaded and asynchronous/concurrent programming.
• Attention to security, performance, and code maintainability.
• Experience with Rust.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience migrating or integrating C/C++ codebases with Rust.
• Experience with NATS, message brokers, or real-time telemetry systems.
• Experience building cross-platform agents or monitoring tools.
• Contributions to open-source projects (especially in Rust).

Role Overview
This role focuses on building a SaaS product, with additional support for local installations. You will take ownership of designing and implementing the cloud infrastructure in the early stages of deployment, setting the foundation for how the platform will operate. The product is fully Kubernetes-based, so strong expertise in cluster management, automation, and container orchestration is essential. Because the system is high-load, ensuring reliability is the top priority. In addition, a significant part of the role involves contributing to an open-source product, developing features that benefit both the community and the platform itself.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain cloud infrastructure in GCP or AWS, covering compute, storage, networking (VPCs, subnets, routing), IAM, and managed databases, using Terraform.
• Operate and manage Kubernetes clusters, including cluster administration, workload orchestration, ingress/gateway configuration, and developing custom Helm Charts.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, following GitOps practices for consistent deployments.
• Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, and tracing with Prometheus, Loki and Grafana, ensuring system observability and reliable incident response.
• Design and secure cloud networking, including VPC architectures, load balancers, service meshes, and Bastion host access, while applying strong security practices.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to refine deployment strategies, improve reliability, and support smooth delivery of new features.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• Kubernetes – strong expertise in cluster administration, workload orchestration, and GitOps practices; ability to write and maintain custom Helm Charts.
• Terraform – proven experience managing infrastructure as code and operating environments on GCP.
• Cloud platforms – solid knowledge of GCP or AWS core services, including compute, storage, and managed databases.
• Cloud networking – experience with VPCs, subnets, routing, firewalls, and load balancers, ensuring secure and reliable connectivity.
• Infrastructure security – practical experience with IAM, secrets management, TLS, encryption, and policy enforcement in production environments.
• CI/CD workflows – experience building and maintaining pipelines with GitHub Actions/GitLab CI and ArgoCD/FluxCD.
• Databases and messaging – operational knowledge of Postgres, MongoDB, Redis, and streaming platforms such as Kafka.
• Observability – hands-on use of Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, and similar tools for monitoring, alerting, and tracing.
   

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with serverless architectures and event-driven systems, such as AWS Lambda, Cloud Functions, or Pub/Sub triggers.
• Experience contributing to or maintaining open-source products.
• Relevant certifications would be a plus
