We are looking for a Product Manager who will take ownership of a specific product direction β€” the product ecosystem of one of our authors β€” and manage it as a complete system: author, brand, product line, sales funnel, and customer experience.

About the Role

At ZBL, a product is not just a single course β€” it’s a full ecosystem. Within one product direction, we typically have:

β€” product line: mini-products, mid-ticket, high-ticket, OTO
β€” sales funnel
β€” value ladder
β€” customer journey from first touchpoint to repeat purchase
β€” the author as a core part of the product and brand

The Product Manager owns and manages all of this as one system β€” not in isolation.

In this role, you will work closely with the Founder, CMO, brand authors, and the team. The strategic direction and priorities are defined together with the Founder, while product decisions are based on data: quantitative and qualitative research, product metrics, and insights into what already works.

Within this framework, you independently lead the product: design, launch, analyze, and optimize.

Key Responsibilities:

β€” Own and manage the product direction as a complete system
β€” Analyze target audience, identify real pains, needs, and buying motivations
β€” Build product lines and value ladders
β€” Design sales funnels and customer journeys
β€” Work with landing pages and offers on a structural and strategic level (not coding)
β€” Analyze product, funnel, and sales metrics
β€” Conduct product discovery and generate hypotheses
β€” Set tasks for design, marketing, and development teams
β€” Write clear briefs and ensure proper execution
β€” Manage timelines, quality, and launch outcomes
β€” Continuously improve products based on data and feedback

Requirements

β€” 2+ years of experience in product roles: Product Management, Product Marketing, or Growth
β€” Experience with digital products (courses, subscriptions, EdTech, e-commerce) is a plus
β€” Strong understanding of product economics: funnels, conversion, pricing, value
β€” Knowledge of product frameworks: JTBD, PMF, product discovery, value ladder
β€” Ability to apply frameworks in practice, not just theory
β€” Understanding that products are built around solving real customer pain β€” something people are willing to pay for
β€” Experience working with landing pages and sales funnels (at the architecture level)
β€” Experience coordinating cross-functional teams (design, marketing, development)
β€” Strong system thinking and attention to detail
β€” Analytical mindset and data-driven decision making
β€” High level of ownership and independence
β€” Ability to move fast without sacrificing quality
β€” Strong focus on results over activity
