Role Overview

We are looking for a Technical Recruiter based in Ukraine who can help us identify, engage, and place high-quality software engineers for U.S. clients. This role requires strong sourcing skills, technical understanding, and the ability to evaluate candidates for senior-level engineering roles.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and attract candidates for roles in AI/ML, backend, frontend, and full-stack engineering
  • Screen candidates for technical depth, communication skills, and client fit
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer stage
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified engineers
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and leadership on role requirements
  • Track candidate progress and maintain accurate records

     

Requirements

  • 1โ€“4+ years of experience in technical recruiting (preferably in software/AI roles)
  • Strong understanding of modern tech stacks (e.g., Python, React, AWS, etc.)
  • Experience sourcing candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and other platforms
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Ability to assess candidate quality beyond resumes
  • Self-driven and comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced environment

 

Nice to Have

  • Experience recruiting for U.S.-based companies
  • Familiarity with AI/ML roles or data engineering
  • Prior experience working with startups or staffing agencies

 

Compensation & Growth

  • Monthly base: $500 โ€“ $1,000 (depending on experience and performance)
