What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini) and prompt engineering;

• Hands-on experience with GTM tools: Apollo, HubSpot/Salesforce, Instantly.ai, LinkedIn automation tools;

BA, MS degree in software engineering, computer science, or a related field
Basic knowledge of Python
Knowledge and understanding of software testing methodologies and techniques
Experience in working with testing documentation
Experience in Linux (or other Unix-based) operating systems
Knowledge/experience in computer networks (Ethernet, TCP/IP)
At least intermediate spoken and written English

Within a Product Validation team, you will contribute to the design and development of system regression tests and testing of the customer's 4G and 5G solutions. The Product Validation team is responsible for defining and establishing the methodology and the environment for efficient system-level testing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales and promote the company’s payment solutions
• Develop and manage clients within the high-risk vertical
• Own the full sales cycle: negotiation, pricing, contracting, and onboarding
• Conduct product presentations and demos
• Build forecasts, reporting, and sales analytics
• Analyze market trends, competitors, and risk factors
• Collaborate closely with Tech and Product teams
• Build and lead the Sales department

Requirements:

• 3–5+ years of experience in Fintech / PSP / Payment Processing
• Mandatory experience in high-risk industries 
• Strong understanding of FTD / STD traffic and chargeback management
• Experience working with Visa / Mastercard / APM / Crypto settlements
• Solid knowledge of MDR, IC++, rolling reserve, and settlement logic
• Proven experience managing a sales team
• Demonstrated track record of achieving volume and revenue targets
