Customer Success Manager / Project Manager (client communication)

We're CBD Local — an SEO and growth agency with 8 years in the US CBD/hemp niche. We need a real communicator: a Customer Success / Project Manager who owns the relationship with our clients and gets their tasks solved. 🤝

Your tasks:

• Be the main point of contact for US clients: calls, chats, email — keep them informed and calm
• Collect client requests and turn them into clear tasks for the team
• Manage project delivery: priorities, deadlines, status updates, follow-ups
• Manage client expectations and resolve issues before they escalate
• Run regular check-ins and reports; keep clients seeing value from our work
• Work hand in hand with the SEO and marketing team to make sure everything gets done

You're a fit if you:

• Have experience in customer success, account management or project management
• Are a strong communicator — clear, proactive, calm under pressure
• Speak English at B2+ (clients are US-based) and native Ukrainian/Russian
• Are organized and can juggle several clients and projects at once
• See a problem and bring a solution, not an excuse
