We are looking for a Creative Data Analyst to join our Design team. In this role, you will help drive data-informed decisions by analyzing creative performance, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to improve advertising results.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze the performance of advertising creatives using key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, CVR, ROAS, and others.
• Prepare reports and dashboards for designers and media buyers.
• Identify patterns in top-performing creatives and provide recommendations to the creative team.
• Analyze A/B test results and determine the most effective creative approaches.
• Work with large-scale marketing datasets.
• Collaborate closely with Design, Media Buying, and Analytics teams to improve campaign performance.
• Automate reporting processes and optimize data analysis workflows.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience as a Data Analyst, Marketing Analyst, or Product Analyst.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Hands-on experience with SQL.
• Experience using BI tools such as Power BI, Looker Studio, Tableau, or similar platforms.
