Finance Operation Specialist (only Cyprus)

Statok is a Cyprus-based regulated brokerage firm specializing in providing access to the US Equities markets. In partnership with best-in-class brokers and fintech companies, we are building a modern, robust trading infrastructure to accommodate high-volume professional clients, both institutional and individuals.

We are looking for a Back Office Specialist based in Cyprus, available to visit our Larnaca office (hybrid model : 3 days in the office, 2 days remote).

Responsibilities

• Perform daily back-office operations in accordance with the Company’s internal policies and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Process and monitor clients’ deposits, withdrawals, security transfers.
• Distribute corporate actions.
• Perform daily reconciliations of client balances, bank accounts, prime-brokers, custody.
• Investigate reconciliation issues, transaction discrepancies, failed payments, and other operational issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of client transactions and supporting documentation.
• Liaise with banks, payment service providers, liquidity providers, custodians, and other counterparties where required.
• Support the proper handling and safeguarding of client funds in accordance with the Company’s procedures and applicable requirements.
• Cooperate with Compliance, Finance, Dealing, Client Services, and other departments on operational and regulatory matters.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports and provide information required for management and regulatory reporting.

Requirements

• 1-3 year of experience in Operation/Back Office roles.
• Excel skills.
• Analytical mindset to be ready to work with finance, numbers.
• Attentive to detail and ready to work under pressure.
• Willingness to learn and research information.
• English - Intermediate (speaking must), Ukrainian/Russian - Native.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of the Cyprus investment services environment and familiarity with CySEC regulatory requirements would be considered an advantage.
