We're looking for a strategic, data-driven Head of VIP to own the design, performance, and continuous optimization of our VIP retention program across T1 and T2 casino markets. You'll set the strategy, bring innovation, novel ideas, own the numbers, and lead through a dedicated VIP Team Leader who runs day-to-day execution. You'll spend your time on segmentation, cohort analysis, program design, and cross-functional influence, stepping into the player-facing world only for your top 10–20 Tier-1 accounts and genuine crisis escalations.

What You'll Own

• Strategic Analytics: Design and maintain our multi-tier segmentation (Mass Market / Pre-VIP / VIP) and cohort framework (Active, Churn, Reactivated, New), and deliver 7-day, 14-day, and monthly performance intelligence across every project and market.
• Program Strategy and Tactics: Own the annual VIP Retention Marketing Calendar — campaign design, offer mechanics, seasonal activations, and a structured testing roadmap.
• Retention & Reactivation: Build predictive churn early-warning capability, design win-back mechanics, and personally step in on high-stakes closure situations escalated by your Team Leader.
• Business Performance: Own retention rate, churn reactivation, NGR/deposit growth, LTV, bonus efficiency ratio, and surplus margin — and report on them monthly to leadership.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with Product, Marketing, CRM, Compliance, and Finance to keep VIP strategy aligned with the wider business, and represent the segment at board level.
• Team Leadership: Set the department's KPI framework and give strategic direction to your VIP Team Leader — who owns scheduling, coaching, QA, and the day-to-day player relationship.

What We're Looking For

• Proven track record building or scaling a VIP program in iGaming/gambling, ideally across regulated T1/T2 markets.
• Fluency with the metrics that actually run a VIP book: NGR (not just GGR), cohort-based LTV, LTV:CAC, bonus efficiency, and surplus margin.
• Experience leading through a manager layer rather than running a desk personally — comfortable setting direction and holding a Team Leader accountable to KPIs, not doing the coaching yourself.
• Strong cross-functional influence — you've shaped Product, Marketing, and Compliance decisions with data, not just requested changes.
• Working knowledge of the regulatory constraints that shape VIP marketing in T1/T2 markets (e.g. UK affordability checks, MGA/EU advertising rules, responsible gambling obligations).

We're looking for an engineer with hands-on experience building and evaluating GenAI services - from RAG and agentic reasoning systems to production-grade LLM deployments. You'll work closely with Frontend and Backend teams to bring AI agents into real products, with a strong focus on reliability, safety, and shipping working prototypes fast.

Hard Skills:

• Practical experience developing and evaluating GenAI services, including RAG systems, understanding of the "ReAct" (Reasoning + Acting) paradigm and Agentic RAG, LLM API integration, and prompt/context engineering, as well as training, fine-tuning, and deploying ML models in production environments.

Weʼre looking for a talented QA Automation AI Native Engineer to join our R&D group. As an integral part of the team, you will play a key role in enhancing and scaling our automation infrastructure, bringing Firefly’s automation framework to the next level. Your responsibilities will include designing automated tests to ensure optimal product quality and health, identifying and troubleshooting bugs, and closely collaborating with our software design and platform teams.
In this unique R&D role, you will be at the forefront of our next-generation AI Agentic tech, cloud-based solutions, taking on challenges related to performance, scalability, and availability in multi-cloud environments. You will work with cutting-edge services and tools, driving innovation across our systems and development lifecycle. Key Requirements:
🔹 At least 4 years of experience in Python within an automation framework API or Backend focused);
🔹Hands-on experience working with AI coding agents such as Claude Code, Codex, or GitHub Copilot as part of your daily workflow;
🔹Self-driven and responsible, with a "can-doˮ attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and excellent communication abilities;
🔹Previous experience in a SaaS company, with a strong understanding of cloud-based testing and tooling.
🔹At least one of the following:
— Experience in cloud infrastructure: AWS, GCP or Azure.
— Experience working with relational (PostgreSQL) and non-relational (Mongo) databases.
— Experience working with message queues and event driven architecture.
— DevOps practices and technologies such as Terraform, K8s, VCS providers and CI systems
🔹 English — Upper-Intermediate or higher.


What you will do:
🔹 Operate within an agile R&D team, owning the automation framework that validates the platform end to end;
🔹 Design and maintain spec-driven API tests that keep pace with evolving product APIs;
🔹 Shape how we work with modern AI tooling — coding agents, agent skills, and MCP; integrations — embedding it into the pipeline (e.g. AI-assisted failure triage);
🔹 Build and scale CI/CD for high-throughput, parallelized testing across environments;
🔹 Deliver safe multi-region, multi-tenant testing;
🔹 Provision ephemeral test environments as infrastructure-as-code;
🔹 Own test-suite reliability and security: secret hygiene, dependency integrity, fail-closed gates, and clear reporting;
🔹 Make it easy for developers to contribute tests through reusable patterns, scaffolding, and docs.

We’re looking for a Head of User Acquisition to strengthen our Performance marketing team and drive the global scaling of our products.

You’re a great fit if you have:

• Hands-on expertise across all major paid channels — Google (Search/PPC, UAC/App campaigns, PMax, Demand Gen), Meta (Advantage+, CAPI), TikTok, AppLovin and other ad networks
• Proven ability to run UA on both Web and App
• Experience in mobile subscription apps
• Experience managing teams of 5+ specialists
• Strong technical command of the measurement layer: event setup, attribution logic, MMPs (AppsFlyer), analytics (GA4, Amplitude, BigQuery), GTM/GTG, Enhanced Conversions and CAPI
• iOS privacy-era measurement: SKAdNetwork/SKAN, AdAttributionKit, and consent/privacy frameworks
• Bidding and budget allocation strategy — value-based/tROAS and smart bidding, plus splitting and scaling budget across channels and units
• Incrementality and holdout testing — geo-lift, incrementality tests
• Solid grasp of subscription economics — LTV/pLTV, ROAS/ROI targeting
• Comfortable with data analysis (SQL, cohorts, dashboards)
• Ability to manage large budgets

Will be a plus:

• Track record of building marketing automation or internal tooling
• Comfort using AI tools in marketing/analytics workflow

• Experience owning both technical measurement setup and the team that acts on it

   

What you’ll do:

• Own all paid acquisition across every unit and network (Google, Meta, TikTok, AppLovin, etc.), on both Web and App
• Own the technical marketing setup end to end - events, attribution, MMP, analytics - and keep it reliable
• Lead, mentor and develop the marketing unit team
• Manage budgets and deliver against ROI/ROAS targets

• Partner cross-functionally to unblock measurement, creative and monetization work

Job Responsibilities

• Processing deposits, withdrawals and refunds based on the established policies and procedures
• Ensuring compliance with the company’s anti-money laundering procedures
• Assisting internally all departments with any issues to client funds
• Performing other ad hoc tasks as requested
• Record keeping of executed transactions
• Identify potentially unusual, suspicious, or fraudulent transactions and refer these to the Compliance department
• Reconciliation between bank accounts and PSP to CRM
• Issue, review and follow up on various financial reports as per applied procedures (daily, weekly, monthly)
