Team Lead Affiliate Manager

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the affiliate team (affiliate managers, traffic specialists), set clear KPIs, and ensure consistent performance;
• Develop and scale partnerships with affiliates, networks, Telegram communities, and Web3-native traffic sources;
• Optimize affiliate campaigns using data and analytics (CPI, CPA, ROI);
• Launch and manage in-house affiliate programs and offer tracking infrastructure (e.g. Keitaro, Postback, etc.);
• Monitor affiliate compliance and fraud risks;
• Work closely with media buying, product, and legal teams to support strategic growth.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing (preferably crypto/iGaming verticals);
• Experience building affiliate programs or departments from scratch;
• Strong understanding of tracking tools and affiliate infrastructure (e.g. Keitaro, Everflow);
• Team leadership skills and the ability to mentor junior specialists;
• Excellent English communication skills (Advanced+);
• Strategic mindset and hands-on attitude - you know how to negotiate and close deals.
