We are looking for an experienced Business Central Developer with deep expertise in ERP architecture, AL development, integrations, and CI/CD to design and optimize solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central in an international environment.
Responsibilities:

- Defining the technical architecture and strategic approach for developing solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Developing complex functional modules and integrations using AL language, including Events & Subscribers, APIs, and data exchange services.
- Code review, mentoring junior developers, implementing programming standards and CI/CD tools.
- Assessing technical risks and developing solutions to improve system performance, stability, and security.

Advanced experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / NAV development
- 4+ years of experience with AL language, creating extensions, customizations, complex logic using Events & Subscribers, upgrading old modules.
Confident understanding of the BC development lifecycle: deployment, CI/CD, version control.
ERP architecture and complex business processes
- Experience in designing new modules and optimizing existing architecture considering multi-company, multi-currency, and local requirements.
Knowledge of key ERP modules: Finance, Inventory Management, Manufacturing, Budgeting, integration with Payroll and Reporting.
Deep understanding of integrations and APIs
- Hands-on experience with complex integrations via REST API, OData, file-based connections, web services, and more.
Participation in building middleware solutions or microservices for data exchange.
