We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns aimed at attracting target B2B customers and generating qualified leads. You will be responsible for campaign performance, advertising analytics, and continuous optimization to improve lead quality and marketing efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

1. PPC Advertising
- Set up and manage advertising campaigns in Google Ads and, when needed, Microsoft Ads.
- Conduct keyword research and clustering, analyze search terms, and manage bids and advertising budgets.
- Create ad copy and test different campaign strategies and hypotheses.
- Optimize campaigns based on cost per lead (CPL), lead quality, and conversion rates.

2. Paid Social Advertising
- Set up and manage campaigns in Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram).
- Define and segment target audiences and implement retargeting campaigns.
- Test different ad creatives, copy, audiences, and offers.
- Analyze campaign performance and reallocate budgets to the most effective audiences and ads.

3. Analytics and Optimization
- Set up and monitor conversion tracking using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and advertising platforms.
- Track and analyze key performance metrics, including CTR, CPC, CPL, conversion rates, and lead quality.
- Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and advertising spend.
- Develop data-driven hypotheses and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness.

4. Collaboration with the Marketing Team
- Work closely with the marketing team on positioning, offers, target audiences, and landing pages.
- Coordinate the creation of advertising creatives and provide clear briefs and requirements.
- Recommend improvements to landing pages and website conversion rates.
- Use CRM data to evaluate lead quality and assess the overall effectiveness of advertising campaigns.

Requirements

- Good English speaking skills (at least B1 level)

- Approximately 1 year of commercial experience
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Proven experience independently launching, managing, and optimizing advertising campaigns from setup to performance analysis.
- Experience in B2B lead generation.
- Good understanding of sales funnels, conversion rates, and key advertising metrics.
- Practical experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking setup.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to test hypotheses and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience managing advertising budgets and preparing regular performance reports.
- Ability to evaluate not only lead volume but also lead quality.

- Experience promoting IT companies, SaaS products, or software development services.
- Experience with complex B2B products and long sales cycles.
- Experience with LinkedIn Ads.
- Experience running campaigns in international markets and in English.
