We’re scaling ICEYE’s global operations. To do that, we need engineers who can simplify complex processes and build systems that improve how work gets done. This role exists to automate and structure the critical workflows that move customer contracts through to delivery, and to prepare our operations for the use of machine learning where it adds real value.

Responsibilities

1. Streamline and Orchestrate Workflows

• Streamline and accelerate lead-to-order-to-cash operations by designing modular workflow automations that support team-driven orchestration across systems
• Reduce manual steps by embedding logic into how tasks flow between tools, teams, and data
• Ensure workflows are stable, trackable, and responsive to operational events

2. Add Intelligence Where It Matters

• Work with other teams to bring scoring, prioritization, and exception logic into workflows
• Create dashboards and alerting that help operators see issues and patterns early
• Structure and log key decisions to support future learning and process improvements

3. Prepare for AI Systems

• Help lay the technical foundation for operations assistants that handle routine tasks, detect issues, and support operators
• Design data flows and capture feedback that will enable AI-based features over time
• Make sure anything “intelligent” is traceable, supportable, and aligned with ICEYE’s standards

4. Work Across Teams

• Collaborate with Ops, Product, Engineering, and Finance to understand pain points and priorities
• Build tools that work well with existing platforms and are easy to operate and maintain
• Focus on clarity, reliability, and real-world usability in everything you delivery

What Makes You a Strong Fit

Must-Have

• Experience building workflow automations or service integrations for business operations
• Hands-on work with tools like Salesforce, JIRA, NetSuite, Slack, or internal systems via APIs
• Proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript (React or FastAPI experience is useful)

We are looking for a Senior General QA responsible for manual and automated testing of desktop applications (WPF, WinForms) and backend integrations, creating and maintaining test documentation, identifying and resolving defects, conducting high-quality testing of requirements, and ensuring product stability at all stages of development and production.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual and automated testing of new features to ensure product quality and stability.
• Develop and maintain detailed test documentation, including test plans, checklists, test cases, and reports.
• Record, track, and manage bugs in the bug tracker with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Collaborate closely with developers to optimize testing processes and ensure seamless feature integration.
• Share responsibility for ensuring the stability of deployed code in production environments.
• Be the reliable guardian of quality for the team.

Job requirements

• ‍3+ years of experience in QA, including testing complex desktop systems (WPF, WinForms, integrations with backend and databases).
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with test automation using C#/.NET (FlaUI or similar frameworks), C++.
• Strong knowledge of testing principles, including test design, test documentation, and detailed bug reporting.
• Hands-on experience with desktop client testing tools (FlaUI or similar).
• Practical experience with API testing (Postman, Swagger) and API test automation.
• Solid experience with databases, including PostgreSQL, Npgsql, and advanced 
• SQL queries (CRUD operations, data validation).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated tests (GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins or similar).
• Hands-on experience with monitoring and logging tools (Grafana, Prometheus, Loki).
• Ability to analyze production issues and work effectively with logs, metrics and monitoring data.
• Proficiency with test management tools such as Qase.io, TestRail, Xray, or similar.

Who Are We Looking For?

We’re looking for a proactive and motivated Junior Recruiter to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn, take ownership, and make an impact by helping us attract and hire top IT professionals. Your energy, curiosity, and drive will be key to building a strong hiring pipeline and supporting our company’s growth.

👉 Responsibilities:

1. Documentation & Process Readiness

• Create and maintain job descriptions, pre-screen forms, hiring scorecards, and competency matrices.

2. Sourcing & Talent Acquisition

• Actively source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and internal databases.
• Maintain a warm pool of talent for recurring roles (Frontend, Backend, QA, PM, etc.).
• Use boolean search logic and AI tools to surface relevant profiles quickly and efficiently.

3. Candidate Screening & Evaluation

• Conduct initial HR interviews to assess soft skills, communication, and culture fit.
• Coordinate with technical reviewers for skill assessments and gather structured feedback.

4. Stakeholder Communication

• Collaborate with hiring managers and PMs to understand detailed requirements.
• Share regular pipeline updates and candidate feedback summaries.

5. Candidate Experience & Feedback

• Ensure timely and professional candidate communication across all stages.
• Deliver structured feedback and maintain a high candidate experience standard.

6. Offer Support & Onboarding Coordination

• Assist with offer prep and negotiations under HR/Legal supervision.
• Ensure all contracts and documents are submitted before the start date.

7. Database & ATS Management

• Maintain candidate records in Recruitee and internal tracking sheets.

8. Reporting & KPIs

• Track and report on core hiring metrics: time-to-hire, offer acceptance rate, source performance.
• Present metrics during weekly HR syncs or ad-hoc requests.

👉 Requirements:

• 6+ months of full-cycle recruitment experience in an outsource/outstaff company;
• Good understanding of the IT Market;
• Experience in hiring engineers in Ukraine, Europe/Latin America
• Good written and spoken English (Upper-Intermediate or higher).
• Experience working with ATS systems, LinkedIn, job boards, and Boolean search.
• Confident user of Google Sheets / Excel / Docs for tracking and reporting.
• Attention to detail, structured work approach, and ability to handle 2-3 vacancies at once.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
