Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Zoho Developer to customize, configure, and maintain our Zoho suite of applications. The successful candidate will enhance the company's business processes and productivity by implementing efficient Zoho solutions, custom workflows, and integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement custom solutions within Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, Zoho Desk, and other Zoho applications.
• Write custom scripts using Deluge to automate and enhance business processes.
• Develop integrations between Zoho applications and third-party services using Zoho APIs.

We require a senior engineer, that's worked at startups or fast moving companies. They should have experience in working with modern product teams, from initial inception of an idea to bringing products to market. 

Candidates must have the following: 

- At least 8+ years of commercial experience. 

- Recently worked as a full stack engineer, both on the frontend and backend. 

- Experience with Tailwind, React, Next.js, Typescript,Python Mongodb, Containers, K8s and TDD or BDD. 

- They should have experience in working on deliveirng non trivial products, preferably in the regulated space (Fintech, Financial services, Regtech or Healthcare).

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in a role related to player retention in the online casino industry.
• Excellent understanding of the specifics of gambling: engagement mechanics, player motivation, and regulatory constraints. 
• Hands-on experience in developing and launching in-game retention tools (tournaments, bonus programs, loyalty schemes, etc.).
• Strong data analysis skills, ability to formulate hypotheses, and evaluate results.
