To continue scaling, we’re looking for a Project Manager who can keep things running smoothly—organizing sprints, managing tasks, and driving execution. If you're structured, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced SaaS environment, this role is for you.
About the Role
As a Project Manager at Warmy.io, you'll work closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure smooth project execution. You'll own sprint planning, organize meetings, track progress, and improve workflows.
This is a position in a fast-growing SaaS company.
Key Responsibilities
- Own sprint planning - manage backlog, prioritize tasks, and track execution.
- Organize and facilitate team meetings, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Ensure clear communication between product, engineering, and marketing teams.
- Track project progress, identify blockers, and drive solutions.
- Maintain and optimize workflows in Kanban or other agile methodologies.
- Keep documentation up to date and ensure all tasks are well-defined.
- Assist with roadmap planning and resource allocation.
What We’re Looking For
✔ 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager in a SaaS company.
✔ Hands-on experience with Kanban, Agile, or Scrum methodologies.
✔ Excellent English—both written and spoken.
✔ Strong organizational and time-management skills.
✔ Ability to run structured meetings and align teams efficiently.
✔ Familiarity with email technologies or email deliverability is a big plus.
✔ Experience using JIRA, Trello, Asana, ClickUp, or similar tools.What We Offer

To enhance user satisfaction and product adoption, we are looking for a Customer Experience Analyst to join our team in our Vinnytsia office. This role is critical in ensuring an outstanding user experience by analyzing customer interactions, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing data-driven solutions to enhance engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
About the Role
As a Customer Experience Analyst, you will analyze customer behavior, engagement trends, and feedback to improve the overall customer journey. You will collaborate with product managers, support teams, and marketers to ensure data-driven decisions that enhance user satisfaction.
This is a full-time, office-based role in Vinnytsia, Ukraine, working under a FOP (Private Entrepreneur) contract.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze customer interaction data using tools like Mixpanel and Segment to uncover patterns in user behavior and engagement.
- Map out customer touchpoints and identify pain points, friction areas, and opportunities for improvement.
- Design and execute A/B tests to assess changes in user experience, onboarding flows, and engagement strategies.
- Collect and analyze feedback from various channels (support tickets, surveys, customer interviews) to understand customer needs and enhance product usability.
- Develop and monitor strategies to improve user retention, customer satisfaction, and lifetime value.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies to improve our customer experience approach.
- Work closely with the product, marketing, and support teams to align strategies and improve customer interactions.
- Create detailed reports and dashboards to track KPIs such as user churn, NPS (Net Promoter Score), customer engagement, and support effectiveness.
Qualifications
Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of experience in a Customer Experience, Product Analysis, or Customer Insights role, preferably in SaaS or B2B environments.
- Strong expertise in Mixpanel (or similar product analytics tools) and Segment (for data integration and customer tracking).
- Experience in customer data analysis and deriving insights from behavioral data.
- Proficiency in A/B testing and user behavior analysis.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Strong problem-solving skills with an analytical mindset.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Experience working with customer feedback tools and interpreting user sentiment.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, balancing multiple projects.
Nice to Have
- Experience working with Google Data Studio for customer experience reporting.
- Familiarity with customer journey mapping tools.
- Basic knowledge of Figma for reviewing UI/UX enhancements.
