In this role, you will:
- Conduct the audit of advertising campaigns (Google Ads / Bing Ads / Meta Ads), identify key growth opportunities, and prepare optimization recommendations
- Analyze the performance of current landing pages and suggest hypotheses for A/B testing
- Generate ideas, launch and test hypotheses, analyze the results, and define next steps to improve performance
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using key metrics (CPA, CAC, ROAS, ROI, CTR, CR, etc.)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, copywriters, and analytics, to launch high-performing ad creatives and landing pages
- Effectively manage large media budgets across Tier 1 GEOs and other markets
- Regularly report on performance, trends, and optimization insights
Skills you’ll need to bring:
- 2+ years of experience in user acquisition with paid channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Bing Ads)
- 2+ years of experience in managing and scaling Google Ads Search campaigns
- In-depth understanding of core performance marketing metrics (CPA, ROAS, etc.)
- Experience working with large budgets and driving results in Tier 1 countries
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Google Tag Manager, Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis
- Strong analytical skills and experience conducting A/B tests
- Results-oriented mindset with high levels of autonomy and responsibility
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Stay up to date with industry trends and continuously look for growth opportunities
- Intermediate or higher English proficiency (written and spoken)
As a plus:
