    About the role:

    We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Data Cloud Developer to take ownership of designing and implementing a scalable, secure, and cost-effective Salesforce Data Cloud architecture.     Key responsibilities:

    • Develop and maintain a Salesforce Data Cloud architecture roadmap aligned with broader data strategy.
    • Assess and enhance the current Salesforce stack, including Sales, Service, and Marketing Cloud implementations.
    • Design and implement solutions for real-time and batch data ingestion, identity resolution, and data sharing across teams.
    • Work closely with data engineering and platform teams to ensure seamless integration with Snowflake, utilizing tools like Private Connect and Zero Copy.
    • Define governance standards for access control, data privacy, and cost optimization within the Data Cloud environment.
    • Create and maintain clear technical documentation, diagrams, and best practices.
    • Continuously optimize for performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency of data operations.
    • Stay updated with Salesforce platform enhancements and recommend improvements based on new features.

       

    We expect:

    • 3+ years of hands-on experience in the Salesforce ecosystem, particularly with Data Cloud (formerly Customer 360 Audiences/CDP).
    • Proven experience designing and implementing Salesforce Data Cloud solutions, including identity stitching and ingestion pipelines.
    • Expertise in integrating Salesforce with Snowflake, especially using Private Connect and Zero Copy for cost-effective architecture.
    • Strong understanding of data modeling, API integrations, and enterprise data architecture.
    • Knowledge of data governance, compliance, and security practices at an enterprise level.
    • Excellent communication skills β€” able to explain architectural decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    • Practical experience with Salesforce tools such as Data Streams, Calculated Insights, Data Bundles, and Activation Targets.

       

    Nice to have:

    • Salesforce certifications in Data Cloud, Integration Architecture, or related domains.
    • Experience with multi-brand or multi-business-unit Salesforce environments.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Design and layout marketing emails, newsletters, and automation flows in Figma.

    • Develop illustrations, icons, and simple graphics as needed.

    • Take part in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas for creative concepts.
       

    Requirements:

    • Advanced proficiency in Figma (10/10): experience creating complex layouts, design systems, component libraries, prototyping, and handoff for development.
    • Solid skills in Adobe Photoshop (8/10): strong understanding of layers, masks, adjustment layers, retouching, and digital illustration.
    • Experience in creating custom illustrations and simple graphic assets.
    • Basic motion design skills: ability to create simple GIF animations for digital use.
    • Hands-on experience with AI image generation tools (e.g., Midjourney, DALLΒ·E, Photoshop AI, Firefly, etc.), including prompt engineering and image post-processing.
    • Ability to efficiently organize design files and asset libraries for team use.
    • Experience designing for email marketing platforms (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, etc.) is a plus.
    • Knowledge of UX/UI best practices for landing pages and digital advertising.
    • Understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
    • Video editing skills (e.g., Adobe Premiere, After Effects, or similar) are a strong plus.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • At least 3 years of experience as a marketing, digital, or graphic designer (agency or in-house).

    Key Responsibilities

    • Writing automated test scripts to verify and validate that the new software meets the business needs
