    We are looking for a Visual Marketing Designer to strengthen our marketing team and ensure a consistent, modern, and business-driven visual style across all channels.

     

    Must-have

    • 2–3 years of experience.
    • Strong UI/visual design: composition, grid, typography (websites/landing pages).
    • Portfolio with a focus on interface design.
    • Support and development of brand identity across marketing materials (social media, landing pages, banners, etc.).
    • Experience in creating moodboards and design concepts.
    • Hands-on practice with AI tools (Recraft, Midjourney, ChatGPT) — generation, iteration, post-processing.
    • Prompt engineering and customization of AI outputs.

    We are looking for a Programmatic Buying Lead to join our team.

    Qualifications

    • 4–5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role managing a programmatic buying team, including proven experience successfully integrating into an already established team.
    • Deep understanding of the programmatic ecosystem: DSP, SSP, DMP, Ad Exchanges, RTB.
    • Hands-on experience with major DSPs (DV360, The Trade Desk, etc.).
    • Strong expertise in strategic planning and building media mixes focused on brand awareness KPIs (reach, impressions, viewability, VTR, brand lift studies, etc.).
    • Proven track record of managing $100K+/month budgets and optimizing campaigns to achieve business goals. Experience working with first-party and third-party data, segmentation, look-alike audiences, and retargeting strategies. Knowledge of analytics tools (GA4, Power BI/Tableau).
    • Experience in building and developing a team (hiring, training, mentoring, motivating).
    • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with experience collaborating with platforms, traffic providers, and external partners.
    • Strong analytical mindset, data-driven decision-making, and ability to clearly articulate solutions.
    • Upper-Intermediate+ English for communication with international partners.
       

    Job Description

    • Lead and grow the programmatic media buying team, ensuring smooth integration into the existing marketing structure.
    • Develop and implement upper-funnel programmatic strategies focused on increasing brand awareness, reach, and engagement.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and maintain Salesforce applications, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
    • Analyze/audit existing infrastructure and make SF solutions based on business needs.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce applications.
    • Customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and other Salesforce technologies.
    • Implement and manage Salesforce core functionalities, billing, CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote), RightRev, NPSP (Nonprofit Success Pack), and Sales packages.
    • Integrate Salesforce with external systems and APIs.

    Required Qualifications

    • Minimum of 7 years in the IT industry.
    • Minimum of 5 years of commercial experience in Salesforce development.
