We are looking for a highly motivated Service Desk Engineer to join our team. You will be responsible for providing internal customer support for IT-related issues. Primarily, you will act as a 1st Line Support Engineer, but you may also be assigned more advanced system administration tasks depending on your skills and capabilities.

What You Will Be Doing

• Registering, prioritizing, and documenting incoming questions and service desktickets, and routing the tickets to relevant teams if needed.
• Supporting customers locally in the office and remotely.
• Installing and configuring software on customer equipment.

• Working closely with the IT team to resolve any IT-related issues.

Технічний бекграунд (або обізнаність в ІТ технологіях та сферах), щоб мати можливість спілкуватися з клієнтом на одній мові.

Базове розуміння операційних систем, WEB-технологій,реляційних баз даних, Net/Node, js/MS, SSRS/SQL;

Знання таких веб-сервісів, як RESTFull API;

Твоїми функціями будуть:

• Моніторинг, перевірка працездатності та внесення змін до телефонії на базі FreePBX

• Робота з рахунками телефонії клієнтів

• Підготовка пропозицій щодо оптимізації та покращення систем моніторингу працездатності телефонії та ПЗ

• Підтримка внутрішньої документації у актуальному стані

• При необхідності надання допомоги та консультацій при встановленні, налаштуванні та оновленні телефонії

• Робота з ЦРМ

• Робота з FreePBX. Попереднє редагування внутрішніх номерів, транків, маршрутів

• Аналізувати логи Asterisk, виявляти причину проблеми, що виникла

• Слідкувати за стабільною роботою сервера / затримка на транках та внутрішніх номерах

• Документувати і систематизувати проблеми, що виникли

(для оптимізації роботи телефонії)

• Взаємодія з іншими відділами на вирішення поставлених завдань.

Вимоги:

• Навичка ділового листування та високі комунікативні навички

• Розуміння принципів роботи VoIP

• Розуміння структури IT-систем та їх взаємодія

• Базові навички програмування (на рівні шкільної програми)

• Вміння налаштовувати складне ПЗ

• Досвід роботи з FreePBX

• Розуміння принципів роботи мережевого стека та моделі OSI

• Базові знання роботи з Linux

• Англійська мова Intermediate

• Навичка пошуку, аналізу та структурування інформації (вижимка)
