Scope of Work

Shopify Setup

• Review basic Shopify configuration (products, collections, shipping/taxes for launch)
• Ensure the store is ready for integration with an external website
• Check storefront settings affecting product pages and checkout

Framer ↔ Shopify Integration

• Connect Shopify to Framer using Frameship
• Fix current integration errors
• Ensure correct syncing of:
  • Products
  • Variants
  • Pricing
  • Inventory
  • Images
• Implement working product pages in Framer with:
  • Add-to-cart
  • Checkout flow
• Verify checkout correctly redirects to Shopify (or embedded flow if supported)

Sales Channels

• Connect Meta (Facebook / Instagram)
• Connect TikTok Shop
• Ensure basic tracking (pixels/events) works

Testing

• Test product listing, product page, cart and checkout
• Ensure everything works on desktop and mobile

Deliverables

• Fully working Shopify ⇄ Framer integration via Frameship
• Functional shopping flow on the Framer website
• Meta and TikTok sales channels connected

• Short handover with a quick explanation of what was configured

   

Requirements

• Proven experience with Shopify + Framer integrations (share examples).
• Hands-on experience with Frameship.
• Strong Shopify knowledge (Storefront API, tokens, sales channels).

Position Overview:

As a Jira and Confluence Administrator, you will be responsible for the administration, configuration, and maintenance of our Jira and Confluence instances. You will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation and optimal utilization of these platforms to support our teams in project management, collaboration, and knowledge sharing.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Platform Administration:

• Administer Jira and Confluence instances, including user management, permissions configuration, and customization of workflows, issue types, and fields. Jira (server and cloud), сonfluence, Bitbucket, Crowd)

• Perform regular maintenance tasks such as upgrades, patches, and backups to ensure system reliability and performance.

2. Configuration and Customization:

• Configure Jira projects and Confluence spaces to meet the specific requirements of our teams and projects.

• Customize Jira workflows, screens, and dashboards to streamline processes and enhance productivity.

3. Integration and Automation:

• Integrate Jira and Confluence with other tools and systems used within the organization to facilitate seamless data flow and collaboration.

• Implement automation rules and workflows using Jira and Confluence plugins to optimize task management and documentation processes.

4. User Training and Support:

• Provide training and support to users on Jira and Confluence functionality, best practices, and troubleshooting techniques.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for user inquiries and technical issues related to Jira and Confluence usage.

5. Corporate IT Services:

• Administer other corporate IT services such as Gitlab, LDAP, GCP.

• Ensure the proper functioning and integration of these services with other business applications and systems.

Qualifications:

• Experience in a similar position for 2 years.

• Experience with Atlassian stack:

- Jira

- Confluence

- Bitbucket

- Crowd

• Understanding of the functioning of Linux systems.

Що ти будеш робити:

• Проводити технічну інтеграцію та налаштування ігор на платформах нових партнерів.
• Здійснювати Smoke та User Acceptance тестування інтеграцій.
• Аналізувати та діагностувати проблеми, працюючи з API-запитами, відповідями та серверними логами.
• Забезпечувати високу точність та відповідність критично важливих даних (валюти, RTP, ліміти ставок, GEO-обмеження) згідно з вимогами партнерів.
• Тісно співпрацювати з СТО та розробниками для вирішення технічних питань інтеграції.
• Керувати процесом впровадження змін та релізів на різних середовищах: dev, stage та prod.
• Забезпечувати технічну підтримку для партнерів.

Що ми очікуємо:

• 2+ роки комерційного досвіду в ролі Integration Specialist, Technical Account Manager або в суміжній технічній ролі.
• Глибоке розуміння та практичний досвід роботи з API, включаючи впевнене знання формату JSON та XML.
• Досвід проведення тестування (Smoke, UAT) та вміння створювати чіткі тест-кейси та чек-листи.
• Навички аналізу серверних логів та діагностики помилок у розподілених системах.

• Англійська: B2+ (для комунікації з партнерами та документацією).

Бажано! Реальні знання і досвід конфігурації віртуалізації зберігання даних (SDS): 

• VMware
