About the role
We are looking for a proactive and service-oriented System Administrator to support and improve our internal IT infrastructure, security, and workplace environment. Responsibilities

• Create and support the company’s information security policies.

The client's Global Server Support team maintains and operates the Microsoft 365 and Azure cloud platforms that underpin the organisation's infrastructure across multiple regions. • Provide day-to-day operational support across Microsoft 365 and Azure, acting as an escalation point for incidents raised through the Global Service Desk in an ITIL-aligned environment.

Must Haves:

• 5+ years in IT operations or IT security, including 2+ years leading an IT Support team.
