Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven an SEO Specialist to lead the organic growth strategy across multiple brands and websites. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive SEO initiatives, improving technical performance, increasing organic visibility, and driving qualified traffic through best-in-class SEO practices.

Key Responsibilities

SEO Strategy & Performance

• Develop and execute SEO strategies across all company websites to increase organic visibility and growth.
• Monitor SEO performance, industry trends, and algorithm updates to identify optimization opportunities.

Technical SEO

• Conduct technical SEO audits and coordinate implementation with development teams.
• Improve website architecture, crawlability, indexing, and Core Web Vitals performance.

Content & On-Page SEO

• Lead keyword research and identify content opportunities to support business objectives.

Off-Page SEO & Authority Building

• Develop and execute backlink acquisition and digital PR strategies.
• Monitor backlink profiles, competitor activity, and opportunities to strengthen domain authority.

Analytics & Reporting

• Manage SEO reporting, dashboards, and performance tracking.
• Analyze rankings, traffic, backlinks, and technical health, providing actionable recommendations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate with Content, Design, Development, and Marketing teams to implement SEO best practices.

We are looking for an SEO & AI Search Visibility Specialist to own the technical and analytical delivery of our AI Visibility Audit product — the diagnostic that shows clients how their brand performs in ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, and Google AI Overviews, and what to do about it.

The DACH market in 2026 treats GEO/AEO as a must-have, but mature providers with a real methodology are scarce. This role is for someone who has actually run citation tracking in production — not someone who added "GEO" to their title last year.

You will work directly with the founding team and clients. No intermediary layers. 3–4 concurrent audits at different stages is the expected pace.

Fully remote and async. No probation period — the first audit serves as the screen. Direct relationship with the founder and clients, no account management layer.

Key responsibilities

• Run citation testing across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, and Google AI Overviews — 40–60 queries × 5 platforms per audit
• Branded vs. non-branded query testing; competitor visibility benchmarking (3–5 competitors per audit)
• Entity recognition checks: Wikipedia, Wikidata, knowledge graph, Crunchbase, G2
• Technical AI-readiness audit: schema markup, structured data, FAQ blocks, llms.txt, robots.txt for AI crawlers, content structure for passage-level retrieval
• Content gap analysis — which intent categories competitors own, which are still open
• Build a 90-day GEO/AEO roadmap with prioritization and effort estimates per client
• Cover the SEO layer within the Digital Infrastructure component of the Revenue Architecture Diagnostic
• Support the Lead Consultant during AI Visibility final client presentations

Requirements 

• 3–5 years in SEO + hands-on GEO/AEO experience in 2025–2026 (citation tracking, AI visibility monitoring in production)
• Advanced technical SEO: Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, Ahrefs or Semrush
• Schema.org and structured data — own implementation, not just coordination with developers
• Knows llms.txt and AI crawler robots.txt directives
• Understands passage-level optimization, query fan-out, and entity recognition as real practices
• Can produce analytical technical visualizations: citation heatmaps, gap maps (not just checklists)
• English B2+
• Ready to work as a contractor from day one (no full-time from the start)
• Can share real audit examples (anonymized / blurred body is fine)

Nice to have

• Experience with AI visibility tooling: Profound, Otterly, Conductor AEO, AthenaHQ
• German B1+ — critical for client work with DACH SMB clients
• B2B / SaaS experience in DACH markets
• Basic Python or JavaScript for automating citation testing
• Multilingual SEO expertise: DE / AT / CH markets

• Content strategy beyond auditing — able to develop actionable recommendations, not just identify gaps

This is not a junior role or a checklist SEO job. We’re seeking someone who’s already launched and ranked projects, understands how to find gaps and opportunities in SERPs, and knows how to scale them.

Key Requirements:

• 3+ years in SEO for Tier 1 markets
• Proven success ranking branded, competitive keywords

We're an iGaming affiliate operator running content sites across multiple GEOs. Expired domains are a core ranking strategy for us: we buy authority, rebuild on it, and rank fast in verticals where fresh domains stall for years. You'll own that pipeline - from hunting the right drops to standing up sites that convert.

You'll have a bonus based on % profits and seo growth.

🎯 What You'll Actually Do

• Hunt expired and drop domains at scale — auctions, marketplaces, and bulk lists across multiple GEOs
• Vet every domain for direct ranking potential: topical relevance, real authority, clean and natural backlink profiles, anchor quality, indexation status, and a history free of penalties, deindexing, or spam
• Pull Wayback/historical context to confirm a domain's past niche actually aligns with where we want to rank
• Plan how to rebuild each domain: which historical authority to preserve, what to redirect, what to rebuild fresh
• Work with AI to fill rebuilt sites with content that ranks — briefs, QA, on-page structure, internal linking
• Track what each domain actually delivers in rankings and revenue — double down on what works, cut what doesn't
