We’re looking for a C# Developer to join a long-term project for our international client, who is helping businesses scale their technical teams, maintain infrastructure, and implement innovative technology solutions.
The main focus is backend development - building reliable and scalable systems using C# and .NET. You’ll work as part of a distributed team and take part in improving existing functionality, integrating APIs, and developing new features.

📌Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain backend systems and APIs using C# (.NET Core or newer)

- Collaborate with the engineering team to design and implement new features

- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
- Participate in code reviews and testing processes

📌Requirements

- 3+ years of commercial experience with C# and .NET

- Good understanding of backend development principles

- Experience working with databases (SQL Server or similar)

- English: Intermediate+ (for communication with the international team)

We’re looking for a proactive SRM / Lead Generator to help us grow our business pipeline and build strong relationships with potential clients. This role combines strategic lead generation with relationship management — you’ll identify prospects, initiate conversations, qualify opportunities, and nurture connections that lead to long-term partnerships.

• What will you do:
• Research and identify potential clients in FinTech, SaaS, and tech outsourcing domains.
• Develop and maintain an Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and buyer personas.
• Generate qualified leads through various channels: LinkedIn, email outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Conduct initial qualification calls and discovery sessions.
• Manage and nurture relationships with prospects — keep communication active and relevant.
• Collaborate with marketing, delivery, and sales teams to align lead generation strategies.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM (HubSpot / Pipedrive or similar).
• Analyze campaign performance and suggest data-driven improvements.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on pipeline growth and lead quality.

Requirements:

• Fluent in written and verbal communication skills in English
• 0.5 + years of experience in B2B lead generation / SRM / sales development.
• Understanding of the sales funnel, qualification processes, and conversion metrics.
• Hands-on experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, etc.).
• Ability to craft personalized outreach messages and manage multi-channel campaigns.
• Self-motivation, attention to detail, and a goal-oriented mindset.
