    What You’ll Be Doing

    As our SMM Manager (B2C Casino), you will be responsible for growing and developing our casino brands’ social media presence while driving real business results.

    Your responsibilities will include:

    • Developing and executing an SMM strategy for B2C casino products
    • Managing and growing brand channels: Telegram, Instagram, TikTok (optional), Twitter/X
    • Creating engaging and conversion-focused content:
      • posts and stories
      • bonus, promotion, and tournament announcements
      • gamification mechanics, contests, and giveaways
      • short videos, memes, and trend-based content
    • Building a strong emotional brand image that builds trust and motivates users to play
    • Working with the community: comments, DMs, chats, loyalty and retention activities
    • Launching activities focused on deposits, retention, and referral mechanics
    • Preparing briefs for designers and controlling visuals and tone of voice
    • Testing new formats, hypotheses, and platforms
    • Analyzing performance: ER, reach, audience growth, impact on deposits and LTV
    • Collaborating closely with marketing and media buying teams
       

    What Makes You a Great Fit

    • Have 2+ years of experience in SMM, ideally in casino / gambling / betting / crypto / nutra
    • Understand traffic arbitrage, funnels, CPA models, and player behavior
    • Know how to acquire and retain a B2C audience

    The Role:
    We're looking for an experienced QA Engineer to own quality across both Retently and Agento. This is primarily a manual testing role, but with a twist, we want someone genuinely excited about using AI tools (mainly Claude Code, ) to work smarter and faster. We'll provide all the subscriptions and tools you need. You'll be testing web applications now, with mobile (iOS) testing coming as we build out mobile apps for both products.

    Your responsibilities will include:
     

    • Plan, launch, and optimize personalized retention campaigns across the full player lifecycle: welcome, reactivation, churn-prevention, VIP retention;
    • Build smart player segmentation models based on behavior (FTD patterns, frequency, average bet, risk levels, etc.);
    • Partner with analysts to dive into key metrics: LTV, ARPU, FTD-to-deposit ratio, retention rates, churn, GGR;

    • Data-savvy: confident in Excel/Google Sheets, Looker, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools;
    • You can forecast based on behavioral data and past campaign performance;
    • Hands-on experience with ESP/CRM platforms like Optimove, Smartico, Braze, Salesforce, Customer.io, etc;
    • Strong track record with reactivation flows and tiered retention strategies.
