    Responsibilities

    • Implement content strategy and campaign development on different GEOs across social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Telegram, Twitter) that prompt our consumer to engage and share with their community regularly.
    • Monitor content to ensure it authentically aligns with brand values and positioning.
    • To scale innovative ideas from conception to campaign execution, maintaining a distinct yet cohesive brand perspective throughout.
    • Cultivate advocacy and engagement through organic channels, ensuring top-tier community management across all business lines.
    • Lead competitive tracking of social activity, identify and ideate around new content and monitor the industry for best practices in driving engagement.
    • Establish benchmarks and best practices to guide and scale marketing efforts across all channels on certain GEOs.

     

    Requirements

    • 3+ years of social media management experience at a B2C brand, preferably within financial services (but not required).
    • A thorough understanding of media metrics to track and hit KPl's, and the ability to leverage data insights to determine strategies.
    • Experience with social media / Influencer management tools (Sprout Social, RivallQ, Tribe, Telemetr.io, Hootsuite, etc.)
    • Experience with FinTech, Crypto, Gambling.
    • Working with African or Asian market is required.
    • Proficient with social video + photo content capture; must be comfortable editing content on their own, as well as working closely with video editors/design team.
    • Demonstrated experience working with video editing platforms such as CapCut, In-Shot, etc.
    • Trend savvy with a deep understanding of Social media trends, slang, etc on the chosen GEOs.

     

    Will be a plus

    The Role:

     We need someone who can own marketing end-to-end at an early-stage startup. This is not a β€œwrite blog posts and wait” role. You’ll be responsible for driving signups and conversions across multiple channels. Content, paid ads, SEO, community, ideas. All of it.

    What you’ll do:

     - Plan and execute paid acquisition campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Reddit, Twitter/X)
     - Create content for a non-technical audience: founders, PMs, solopreneurs, indie hackers, marketing teams
     - Develop and execute SEO strategy (keyword research, on-page optimization, link building)
     - Come up with and test creative growth ideas. We want someone who thinks independently
     - Build our presence in relevant communities (indie hackers, AI enthusiasts, SaaS founders)
     - Write landing page copy, email sequences, ad copy, social posts
     - Track everything with analytics and iterate based on data
     - Collaborate directly with the founder on positioning and go-to-market
     

    Requirements:

     - 2+ years in digital marketing or growth marketing
     - Hands-on experience running PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, or similar)
     - Strong writing skills in English. You can write copy that converts
     - Proficiency with SEO tools and best practices (Ahrefs, Semrush, or similar)
     - Data-driven. Comfortable with analytics, A/B testing, and making decisions based on numbers
     - Self-starter who can work independently and take full ownership
     - Genuine interest in AI and the tools space
