Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Funnels

• Market Research & Reporting

About the Role

We’re kicking off a greenfield iOS project with an ambitious digital client, and we’re looking for a Senior iOS Engineer to join us. This is your chance to build an app completely from scratch, and you’ll have a big say in how it’s designed, architected, and developed.

The app will be rolled out across an innovative global company and used by employees and management. It comes with a long-term, ambitious and innovative roadmap, so this is not just a one-off build - it’s the beginning of an exciting product journey.

Department - 6 people (2 KYB specialists, 2 leads and Head of department)

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in business customer verification
• Upper-intermediate proficiency in English
• Apply a highly analytical mindset to assess KYB documentation and ensure accuracy.
• Experience in conducting AML checks of business customers. 
• High attention to detail and ability to accurately review documents for compliance purposes 
• Strong verbal and written communication skills 
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment 

As a plus:

• Degree in Law
• AML-related courses or certifications

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct customer due diligence of potential and existing business customers (verifications & re-verifications)
• Conduct ad hoc in-depth review of business customers’ profiles, identifying red flags and potentially suspicious activity with proper reporting (SAR) and record-keeping
• Carry out tasks assigned by the Team Lead related to business customer activities.
• Prepare internal customer assessments and reports
• Be open to performing other responsibilities associated with the position, such as implementing updates in the internal documentation, drafting instructions, and manuals

In this role, you will design and implement scalable, secure solutions while guiding key technical decisions and ensuring high-quality delivery.

In this role, you will work across the full stack, covering React frontends, Node.js services, and AWS-powered backends in close collaboration with client stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure high-quality delivery covering both functional and non-functional requirements (security, performance, scalability etc)
• Participate in technical discussions and own key technical decisions, ensuring solutions are aligned with best practices
• Design and implement end-to-end features across frontend and backend in a fast-paced environment
