💸 Agents’ balance & settlements oversight:

    • Ensure agents meet their financial obligations and maintain appropriate balances.
    • Analyze reserves, reconcile discrepancies, and communicate proactively with agents on terms and debt settlements.

    📈 Daily monitoring & reporting:

    • Detect fraud, escalate risk, and keep all systems running smoothly.

    🤝 Cross-team collaboration:

    • Work closely with Finance, Tech Support, and Customer Support to ensure a frictionless payment experience.

    🛠 What you bring:

    • 2+ years experience in payments and/or agency networks in iGaming, betting, or gambling.
    • Strong understanding of agency payment models, commission logic, and partner management.
    • In-depth knowledge of international/local systems (Visa, Mastercard, SEPA, etc.).
    • Confident in API-based PSP integrations, with experience in reading documentation, performing testing, and handling logs.
    • Analytical mindset — comfortable with reports, investigating transactions, chargebacks, and refunds.
    • English level B1+ (written/spoken).
    • Readiness to react fast — availability to respond outside working hours in urgent payment-related situations.

🧠 What soft skills we value:

We are a group of companies that has been operating globally since 2020. We are represented on the market by several sports and casino brands. Over the past year, we have successfully doubled our scale and received the Best Sportsbook Operator award at the SiGMA Awards.

We’re building an in-house media buying team for our iGaming brand, and we’re looking for a hands-on Team Lead Media Buyer who can both run traffic personally and lead a team of junior buyers and creatives.

You’ll launch campaigns, manage execution, build internal workflows, and prepare the foundation to grow into Head of Media Buying in the next 6–9 months.

    What You’ll Do

    • Launch and optimize paid campaigns (FB, TikTok, Google UAC, native, push, etc.)

    • Experience managing or mentoring others (even a small team)
    • Deep understanding of paid traffic logic and funnel testing (not just pressing buttons)
    • Experience with multiple GEOs (Tier-1/Tier-2 preferably)
    • Self-starter mindset — you can build systems, not just follow them
    • Comfort working in gray/white verticals (Gambling, Nutra, Betting, etc.)

    • Full remote setup, flexible hours (as long as performance is met)
    • High level of autonomy — you’ll own your team and results
    • Access to tech resources (devs, creatives, product team)

At Applica, you'll work across a portfolio of top-performing mobile apps, designing experiments and developing strategy through research, data analysis, and clear communication.

We're a low-bureaucracy, high-ownership environment where you'll have real impact across multiple app categories. If you thrive on the ideate-test-learn cycle, this role offers the opportunity to influence product decisions that reach millions of users.

    What you bring

    Essential experience:

    • 2+ years as a Product Manager or Product Analyst, ideally with mobile apps
    • Hands-on experience with user research, product analytics, and A/B testing (you know how to design experiments, segment users, and actually interpret what the data is telling you)

    • Project or account management experience, especially in consulting or multi-client environments

    What we offer

Flexibility that actually works: Remote-friendly with flexible hours. Work part-time or full-time on your schedule. We care about results, not when you're online.

Low bureaucracy, high impact: Minimal meetings, no micromanagement. Just a focused team that trusts you to do great work.

Diverse portfolio: Work on top mobile apps across Health & Wellness, Education, Productivity, and more.

Learn from the best: Collaborate with senior product and growth specialists who've been there and done that.

Office options: Premium workspace available in Kyiv & Lviv if you prefer hybrid or in-person work (completely optional).

    Your typical day

    • Research and discovery: Dive into market and competitor analysis to inform product direction and hypothesis creation
    • Data detective work: Analyse user behaviour, segment audiences, and spot growth opportunities hiding in the numbers
    • Experiment design: Generate and prioritise hypotheses for testing

    • Storytelling: Create clear, compelling presentations to share findings with clients and internal teams
    • Ownership: Manage your own workflow and priorities with full autonomy and accountability
    • Client partnership: Handle client relationships and account management
