    Key Responsibilities:
     

    • Membership Growth & Lead Generation

      - Drive brand awareness, demand, and acquisition of high-quality leads for the Membership model (MCN connection to AIR & ScaleLab) through connection-model products.

       - Develop strategies to attract new partners β€” YouTube creators and publishers β€” with a focus on increasing the number of connected and active channels.
       

    • Campaign Planning & Execution

      - Plan and execute integrated marketing and communication campaigns.

      - PR and creator-focused content (blogs, YouTube videos, case studies, success stories).

      - Planning and managing advertising campaigns (YouTube, Google, Meta).

      - Planning email marketing activities and personalized offers for potential leads.

      - Collaborating with influencers, industry partners, and affiliate managers to build a referral network.

      - SEO and community engagement to drive organic growth.

      - Deliver a mix of quick wins and long-term growth initiatives.
       

    • Brand Positioning

      - Develop product strategy and messaging that clearly communicates the benefits of joining AIR & ScaleLab.

      - Ensure that all communication aligns with creator needs and pain points, building trust and brand authority among creators.

       

    • Funnel Management & Optimization

      - Track performance at all stages of the acquisition funnel (lead β†’ SQL β†’ signed partner β†’ connected channel).

      - Collaborate with marketing analysts to monitor ROI, identify bottlenecks, and improve conversion rates.

      - Provide recommendations and insights to enhance partner acquisition and retention.
       

    • Cross-Functional Collaboration

      - Work closely with sales, onboarding, product marketing, and content teams to align strategies.

      - Coordinate with other Brand Managers to deliver joint initiatives and cross-sell opportunities within AIR’s ecosystem.

     

    Candidate Requirements:
     

    • 3+ years of experience in marketing complex digital products, SaaS, or B2B services
    • Proven experience driving demand and qualified leads for multi-step products or platforms β€” ideally with both form-based and self-service funnels
    • Strong understanding of onboarding flows, paid acquisition, content-driven lead generation, and full-funnel strategy
    • Solid communication and project management skills β€” from planning to execution and performance review
    • Upper-Intermediate (B2+) level of English β€” fluent writing and confident speaking
    • Experience with talent management, MCN operations, or platform partnerships.

     

    Nice to Have:

    • Background in marketing to YouTube creators, influencers, or media publishers
    • Familiarity with AI-driven tools or products in the Creator Economy
    • Previous experience with token-based payment models or freemium SaaS monetization

    • Implement relevant multi-source data collection, integration to enable live automated analysis and reporting, and data-driven decision making.
    • Assess the effectiveness of and continuously improve CRM campaigns through analytics and data-driven insights.
    • Coordinate SMM, or other traffic-source-specific content, implementations, integration for player onboarding, retention and reactivation, as well as recycling of multi-channel registrations, including Instagram, TikTok, Streamer and Influencers, App-Only users.
    • Manage and configure the CRM platform and marketing automation tools, including customer database segmentation.
    • Recruit, train, lead and mentor the Retention, Promo, CRM team to deliver the department results.
    • Analyse, monitor, organise, coordinate and resolve deliverability rate of communications.
    • Collaborate with Product Development, Marketing, BI and Analytics and Customer Success and Support teams to align overall retention with business goals, cross-departmental initiatives and priorities.
    • Stay updated on the latest trends and innovations in the iGaming industry.
    • Retention Goal Ownership: Fully understand the retention KPIs we aim to achieve (e.g. increased LTV, reduced churn, uplift in ARPU, deposit frequency, etc.) and drive structured improvements toward those goals.
    • Cross-functional Supervision: Act as the central point between CRM, BI, product, and bonus engine development to ensure the continuous evolution of the retention system, backed by data and feedback loops.

     

    Our requirements:

    • 4+ years of experience as Retention Team Lead.
    • In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience of Customer Journey Optimization best practices, with experience in developing and implementing testing strategies across channels, including designing and analyzing contact strategies, automation techniques/tools and customer experience optimization.
    • Solid grasp of the full range of promotional tools (bonuses, gamification, rewards, challenges, etc.) and the underlying logic, including their mathematical models, economic constraints, and long-term profitability impact.
    • Segment-Oriented Thinking: Skill in building and managing dynamic customer segments based on behavior, value, and lifecycle stage, and applying tailored retention strategies to each.
    • Proven ability to manage a team of 4+ people and managing an international and geographically dispersed multicultural English speaking digital team.
    • Expertise in developing multi-channel customer engagement strategies.
    • Proven hands-on experience of implementing relevant automated Retention reporting.
    • Strong knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and data-driven optimization practices.
    • Ability to segment customer databases and craft personalized offers.
    • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously within a complex organization.

     

    Preferred:

    • Experience with Customer.io system and overall other retention instruments.
    • Expertise in designing and implementing loyalty programs.
    • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

    ABOUT YOU:

    • 5+ years of experience in backend development in total;
    • Experience with PHP 8.0+ with OOP skills, using frameworks like Symfony or Laravel;
    • Motivation to work with both PHP and Go backends (~ 90% PHP / 10% Go for now);
    • Experience with relational databases – MySQL and/or PostgreSQL;
    • Experience with in-memory storage and caching (e.g., Redis, AWS Elastiсache, etc.);
    • Experience with Linux environments, CI/CD pipelines, Docker containers, and background job processing;
    • Experience with asynchronous communication via tools like RabbitMQ, Apache Kafka, or Amazon SQS;

    • Practical understanding of software design principles and best practices (SOLID, design patterns, 12-Factor App methodology);
