About you:

• 1+ year of hands-on experience building and integrating AI/LLM solutions
• Strong Software Engineering, AQA, SDET or DevOps background
• Practical experience with Context Engineering and RAG architectures
• Experience building multi-agent systems (n8n, Claude Code, Agents SDK, etc.)
• Strong hands-on experience with coding agents (Cursor, Claude Code, Codex)
• Proven ability to operate autonomously and deliver measurable results
• Systems thinker with strong time management and ownership mindset
   

Will be a plus:

• Understanding of infrastructure fundamentals, including MLOps principles, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), and Kubernetes.

• Assist marketing team with operational tasks.
• Deliver research on marketing activities and analyze content within the Health & Fitness sphere.
• Reviewing advertisements to ensure alignment with company policies and guidelines.
• Configure, launch, conduct advertising campaigns on Facebook/Google/etc.
• Generate ideas for new advertising campaigns.
• Monitor performance of marketing campaigns, look for the causes of deviations and opportunities for growth.
• Set technical task for creative and content teams.

• Junior marketing specialist or recent graduate in Marketing / Business / Economics / Analytics.
• Intermediate+ English level.
• Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to work with data, draw insights, and support decision-making.
• Motivated to grow in digital marketing within a leading Ukrainian Health&Fitness Tech company.
• Detail-oriented, structured, and proactive.
• Quick learner, self-motivated, and eager to test ideas.
   

Would be a plus:
 

• Experience working with data (Excel/Google Sheets).
• Previous experience in digital marketing or analytics projects.
• Knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager or Google Ads Manager, or holds relevant digital advertising certification.
