About the role

We’re on the hunt for a Senior User Acquisition Specialist who’s confident with Meta Ads and eager to test and scale new traffic sources — including TikTok and Google Ads. You’ll join a growing product team with full autonomy to own the performance direction, set up processes from scratch, and directly impact business results.

🚀 What you'll be doing:

• Launch and scale ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
• Manage and optimize Google Ads (limited scope)
• Build high-converting marketing funnels for web, web2app, and mobile products
• Run A/B tests, validate hypotheses, and work with behavioral segmentation

🧠 What we're looking for:

Hard Skills:

• 2+ years experience in performance marketing (Meta — must-have)
• Hands-on experience launching ad accounts from scratch
• Solid understanding of CPM, CTR, ROAS, LTV, CAC
• Experience with tracking tools (Keitaro, Binom, postback knowledge is a plus)
• Comfortable with marketing data, attribution models, cohort analysis
• Up-to-date UA strategies (creatives, funnels, AI tools)
