    What You’ll Be Doing

    • Checking final landing pages for full compliance with technical requirements and company standards (layout, spacing, fonts, mobile responsiveness);
    • Ensuring content matches the reference/template (e.g., news format) and the current site version;
    • Verifying text and visual elements are consistent and aligned;
    • Making minimal HTML/CSS edits or changes in visual editors (text, images);
    • Creating and adapting creatives (headlines, previews, banners) for landing pages;
    • Sourcing and selecting relevant images (manually or using AI tools);
    • Ensuring correct translation/localization of landing pages and images β€” from self-editing to involving freelance translators;
    • Collaborating with designers, developers, and media buyers to resolve issues quickly and launch on time;
    • Maintaining a high standard of visual and textual integrity across all assets.

    This role is for an experienced professional who can build strong partnerships with teams, implement modern HR practices, drive process automation, and contribute to employer branding initiatives.

     

    Requirements:
    β€” 3+ years of experience in IT HR (employee adaptation, engagement, retention, offboarding);
    β€” A proven passion for HR or psychology, with at least three years’ relevant experience in the field;
    β€” Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build meaningful and authentic relationships with diverse personality types;
    β€” Strong active listening, negotiation and presentation skills, fostering an environment where all parties feel valued and understood;
    β€” Proficiency in using Google Docs and Sheets as integral tools in daily tasks, managing them with ease and efficiency;
    β€” A proactive and collaborative approach, with a willingness to contribute to both large initiatives and smaller tasks as required;
    β€” English B2 and above;
    β€” Experience in managing small HR teams will be a significant advantage.

    Responsibilities:
    β€” Comprehensive HR process management. Manage the full cycle of HR processes for assigned teams, ensuring seamless operations from recruitment to offboarding;
    β€” Policy and procedure development. Participate in the creation, implementation and regular review of HR policies and procedures;
    β€” Facilitate the onboarding process for managers and ensure they are well understood in HR processes;
    β€” Act as a collaborative partner to managers and leaders, providing guidance and support on HR and organizational matters;
    β€” Ensure that leaders are equipped with the tools and insights needed to inspire and manage their teams effectively;
    β€” Employee engagement and satisfaction monitoring. Regularly monitor and assess employee satisfaction levels, identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the overall employee experience;
    β€” Provide trusted advice and organizational support. Act as a trusted advisor to team members on HR and organisational matters, providing guidance and ensuring they have a reliable point of contact for support;
    β€” Strengthen corporate culture and employer branding. Develop and implement innovative initiatives to strengthen the culture and employer brand, both internally and externally.
    β€” Actively promote the organisation’s unique value proposition;
    Provide tailored team support and development. Identify the specific needs of each team and implement targeted activities to address them;
    β€” Working closely with L&D Department, help to develop and deliver soft skills programmes to support the professional development of team members and ensure they are equipped to deliver exceptional results;
    β€” Propose and coordinate internal events designed to strengthen team unity, celebrate achievements and reinforce the organisation’s culture and values.
