    ABOUT YOU:

    • Background in backend engineering is a must;
    • 2+ years of hands-on experience with monitoring and observability systems in production environments (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Elastic cloud, Sentry, New Relic);
    • Strong knowledge of Kubernetes and Docker, with proven experience deploying and maintaining services in containerized infrastructure;
    • Experience with scripting and automation using Shell, Python and/or Node.js, including Infrastructure-as-Code tools (e.g., Terraform, Helm);
    • Solid understanding of AWS service and core networking concepts (DNS, ports, protocols);
    • Proficiency in Git and modern version control workflows;
    • Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex production and monitoring issues using logs, metrics, traces, alerting logic, and observability dashboards;
    • Clear and calm communication skills, especially during incidents or when working with cross-functional teams (DevOps, Security, Engineering);
    • Background in engineering roles.



      WOULD BE A PLUS:
       

    • Practical understanding of SLIs/SLOs and incident alerting strategies (e.g., using Alertmanager or similar);
    • Experience with CI/CD pipelines optimization (Github Actions);
