We are looking for an experienced and motivated Product Manager to drive the development and growth of our mobile applications.
Priority will be given to candidates with product company experience focused on mobile app development.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full lifecycle of mobile apps — from ideation to scaling.
• Define product goals, create and prioritize the product backlog.
• Collaborate closely with development, design, and QA teams.
• Analyze user behavior, product metrics, and feedback to guide improvements.
• Plan and run A/B tests and experiments.
• Establish and optimize processes based on Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Manage app monetization through subscriptions (experience with RevenueCat and Adapty is a strong advantage).

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a product company.
• Deep understanding of mobile app development and growth processes.
• Strong experience with analytics, split testing, and key product metrics.
• Ability to set clear requirements for development teams and monitor execution.
• Knowledge of mobile monetization strategies (subscriptions, ads, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with project management tools like Jira, Asana, and others.
• Manual QA skills are a plus.
• English proficiency is a plus.

What you’ll be doing:

• Develop mobile applications from scratch using SwiftUI.
• Integrate AVFoundation, camera, microphone, and video functionality.
• Implement third-party SDKs (analytics, tracking, AI).
• Integrate with the backend via REST API.
• Participate in architecture design and technical decision-making.
• Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and QA engineers.
• Publish applications to the App Store.

We expect:

• 4+ years of commercial iOS development experience.
• Strong knowledge of Swift and SwiftUI.
• Hands-on experience with AVFoundation, camera, microphone, and video.
• Experience integrating third-party SDKs.
• At least one published app in the App Store.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable code.
• Initiative, attention to detail, and a passion for building great products.

Nice to have:

• Experience with UIKit.
• Understanding of CI/CD, Git, and automation tools.
• Knowledge of API design principles and backend integration.

• 4+ years of commercial development experience with Python.
• Proficiency in one or more frameworks: FastAPI, Django, Flask.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, MongoDB.
• Ability to design thoughtful and scalable API architectures.
• Understanding of web application security principles.
• Experience working with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and Git.
• Experience integrating AI/ML services or video processing tools is a plus.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of DevOps basics: AWS/GCP, deployment, logging, monitoring.
• Experience with GraphQL.
• Involvement in high-load or large-scale projects.
