Role Purpose

Responsible for Level 3 technical support and escalation handling for Azure, Microsoft 365, network, infrastructure, and security environments. What you’ll do

• Create clear and engaging marketing content for:

website pages, blog posts, case studies, brochures, decks, newsletters, social media posts, PRs etc.

• Turn technical input from engineers and product managers into simple, benefit-focused stories.
• Use AI tools daily (e.g. ChatGPT and others) for ideas, drafts, repurposing content, research, and light design.
• Support product launches, surveys, events, and webinars with the right content.
• Keep our website and key channels updated and learn from basic metrics (website, email, LinkedIn).
• Support our email marketing: segment lists, prepare campaigns, analyze performance, and offer improvements.
• Work with sales teams to deliver content that helps them communicate TEKTELIC’s value clearly.

What we’re looking for

• 3+ years in marketing / content / digital marketing, ideally in B2B tech / SaaS / telecom.
• Strong English writing skills (B2+/C1): clear, structured, easy-to-read content.
• Hands-on experience creating different formats: texts, decks, social posts, basic visuals or videos.
• Practical experience with AI tools and a strong interest in learning and adapting quickly.
• Ability to own a topic end-to-end: from idea → draft → final asset.

Nice to have:

• Interest or experience in IoT / telecom / hardware.
• Experience with Canva or similar AI visuals/videos creation tools.
• Basic understanding of SEO and content performance.

Requirements:

• 3–5+ years of experience in business development or sales within Fintech (EMI, PSP, fintech banks, and digital wallets) and other regulated B2B/B2C environments
• Proven track record of managing and closing large-scale, high-value deals
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
• Experience working with CRM systems
• Analytical and strategic mindset with a focus on results
• Proactive, motivated, and able to work autonomously in a fast-changing environment
• Fluent in English and Russian
• Ability to travel

Skills & Requirements:

• Experience building strategic partnerships with financial institutions, startups, or enterprises
• Deep understanding of fintech trends and technologies (EMI, PSP, fintech banks, and digital wallets, etc.)
• Familiarity with KYB/KYC processes in financial institutions
• Degree in Business, Finance, or Economics (MBA is a plus)
• Responsibilities: Identify and develop new strategic partnerships and business opportunities aligned with PayDo’s growth goals
• Manage the full sales cycle — from prospecting and outreach to negotiation, contracting, and long-term relationship management
