Go Developer

We are looking for an experienced Senior Go Developer to design, build, and scale our next-generation slot engine from the ground up under high-load conditions (10k+ RPS).
 

Responsibilities

• Design and develop a high-performance, scalable slot engine from scratch
• Ensure mathematical precision, RNG integration, and absolute data consistency
• Analyze and refactor existing Node.js modules, with potential migration to Go
• Optimize and maintain high-load services handling 10k+ requests per second
• Work with PostgreSQL partitioning, Redis state management, and messaging systems
• Collaborate directly with the CTO and core engineering team
• Contribute to architectural decisions and technical strategy
   

Requirements

• 5+ years of backend development experience
• Strong expertise in Go and deep understanding of concurrency and performance
• Experience working with high-load distributed systems
• Experience with PostgreSQL, including complex transactions and optimization
• Experience with Redis and message brokers (RabbitMQ or similar)
• Strong understanding of ACID principles and data consistency
• Experience working with legacy systems and refactoring is a strong advantage
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
   

Nice to Have

• Domain experience in iGaming (slot engine mechanics, math models, RTP calculations, or payout logic).
• Prior experience executing tech stack migrations (e.g., Node.js to Go).
• Familiarity with ClickHouse, Docker, Kubernetes (K8s), and AWS infrastructure.
