    What will you be doing?

    You will play a key role in evolving our backend platform as we expand support beyond the Dutch market into Belgium, each with its own functional and regulatory needs.

     

    In this role you will:

    Design, build, and optimise backend systems primarily using Kotlin (≈50%) and Spring Boot.

    Work extensively in our AWS environment (≈25%), leveraging services such as ECS, ECR, S3, SQS, SNS, AppSync, DocumentDB, DynamoDB, Lambda, API Gateway, Transfer Family, VPC, CloudWatch, CodePipeline, and Terraform.

    Develop and maintain GraphQL APIs (≈15%), ensuring efficient and reliable data exchange between our services and clients.

    We are seeking Service Operations Administrators to join our growing Service Operations team within a Managed Services Provider (MSP) environment. This role is critical to the stability, accuracy, and consistency of our service delivery operations.

    Service Operations Administrators are responsible for high-volume, time-sensitive operational workflows that support Service Delivery and Client Success teams. This role focuses on execution excellence, process adherence, and proactive follow-ups to ensure work is completed accurately and on time.

    You will work closely with Service Ops Associates and Analysts, following established processes while helping surface gaps, risks, or inefficiencies as the organization continues to scale.

    Responsibilities:

    Service Proposal Generation and Repository:

    • Operational Execution & BAU Support
    • Own and execute assigned Service Ops BAU workflows end-to-end
    • Acknowledge all assigned requests within the same business day

    What you’ll do (QA):

    • Own manual QA for mobile + web: smoke, regression, exploratory testing
    • Build and maintain the system: test strategy, checklists, test cases, release gates
