    We’re looking for a Business Development Partner to own the full sales cycle - from first conversation to signed agreement and first payment.

    This is not an SDR role.
    This is not a support position.

    You’ll speak directly with founders, CTOs, and hiring leaders, guide them through our hiring model, and close deals independently.

     

    What You’ll Do

    Sales & Client Acquisition

    β€’ Proactively reach out via LinkedIn and email
    β€’ Run discovery calls with founders and hiring leaders
    β€’ Understand real hiring pain points and business context
    β€’ Clearly explain TrustyRecruit’s hiring model and structure
    β€’ Handle objections around pricing, timing, and approach
    β€’ Align on scope, pricing, and milestones (within guardrails)
    β€’ Secure signed agreements and first installment payments

    Deal Ownership

    β€’ Own the deal end-to-end until payment is received
    β€’ Maintain clean handover notes after closing
    β€’ Collaborate with the founder on complex or high-value deals when needed
