    Responsibilities

    • Provide daily support and troubleshooting for company systems:
    • Samsara, Fleetio, DataTruck, Netradyne, RingCentral, Team Management Solution (future: ClickUp or Asana), Google Sheets, APIs, JotForms, DAT Load Board, Google Workspace.
    • Train employees and drivers on software use and create easy-to-follow guides.
    • Handle account setup, access control, and password management.
    • Support remote hardware troubleshooting for office staff and drivers.
    • Ensure overseas employees have seamless access to U.S.-based applications and services, including configuring VPNs, IP routing, and other secure connectivity solutions.
