- Implement DRM logic for licensed one-time runs on CNC controllers.
- Manage counters in non-volatile memory (Fanuc: macro vars / PMC Keep / Data Table; Siemens: PLC DB).
- Control Cycle Start, prevent unauthorized runs, and block bypasses (Restart, MDI, USB).
- Provide G/M-code and PLC/ladder examples for checks/interlocks.
- Handle abnormal events (Feed Hold, E-Stop, power fail) with safe, consistent logic.
- Integrate with an external run-authorization service (“Communicator”)
(e.g., RequestToken, DecrementCounter, Allow/DenyCycleStart). - Secure against service procedures (PWE, FOCAS, DB initialization).
- Deliver scenario tables, diagrams, and test documentation (EN).

- 3+ years in CNC integration (any major controllers).
- Strong PLC/ladder programming; knowledge of G/M-code interlocks.
