Join PwC's Advanced Technology Solutions team as an AI Architect with GCP (m/f) and work on cutting-edge AI, Generative AI, and cloud transformation projects for leading international clients.
This role is suitable for experienced engineers and architects who want to design, build, and scale AI-powered solutions leveraging modern cloud technologies. You will define solution architectures, guide technical delivery, and collaborate with both business stakeholders and engineering teams to turn complex business challenges into secure, scalable, and production-ready AI solutions.
We are looking for candidates who are strong in Google Cloud Platform (GCP), confident working with Generative AI technologies, and capable of translating business requirements into robust solution architectures while engaging directly with clients across Western Europe and the USA.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and architect AI-powered solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Define scalable architectures leveraging Vertex AI, Gemini, BigQuery, Cloud Run, GKE, API integrations, and other GCP services.
- Design solutions using Generative AI, LLMs, RAG architectures, AI Agents, and Machine Learning technologies.
- Design integrations between AI services, cloud platforms, enterprise systems, and data ecosystems.
- Validate architectural decisions through proofs of concept (POCs), experimentation, and hands-on technical work where needed.
- Drive the delivery of secure, scalable, and production-ready AI applications.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Guide engineering teams through architecture decisions, technical design, and implementation best practices.
- Actively leverage AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, and ChatPwC to enhance productivity, improve solution quality, and accelerate delivery.
What You Bring:
- 5+ years of experience in AI Engineering, Machine Learning, Solution Architecture, Cloud Engineering, or Software Engineering.
- Strong experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Strong Python programming skills.
- Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, RAG architectures, AI Agents, or Machine Learning solutions.
- Understanding of cloud-native architectures, APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
- Experience working with data platforms, databases, and data pipelines.
- Understanding of security, governance, and cloud architecture best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working directly with clients, stakeholders, and technical teams.
- English B2+.
