You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing email campaigns designed to engage and retain users.
Key Responsibilities:- Create and manage communication templates across all available channels.
- Monitor whether communications are working properly from a technical perspective.

- Proactively participate in hypothesis testing related to communications.
- Communicate with the creative team for better collaboration.
- Collaborate with the lifecycle manager to ensure optimal communication effectiveness.
- Create tasks for the design team and content managers, and ensure an acceptable level of quality of the content provided within these tasks.
- Track the effectiveness of communications on a weekly or monthly basis: delivery rate, open rate, click-through rate, click-through rate, unsubscribe rate.
- Ensure the growth of the subscriber base for all direct communications (here we mean % of confirmed emails, % of subscribers, % of engaged customers).
- Ensure the lowest possible unsubscribe rate for all channels.
- Take an active part in creating and testing hypotheses to increase the subscriber base
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role in iGaming.
- Experience working with Customer.io is a must (Campaign, Broadcast, Segment creation).
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Good understanding of customer journey and lifecycle marketing.
