Your Role:

  • Generating ideas and test hypotheses — analyze the market, competitors, and trends to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Developing concepts and briefs — create clear and structured briefs for motion/graphic designers and UGC creators (concepts, copywriting, references).
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of advertising campaigns — work in collaboration with User Acquisition Managers, analyze key marketing and business metrics, and improve results based on data.
  • Collaborating with designers and User Acquisition Managers to continuously improve creative solutions.

 

About You:

  • At least 1 year of experience in creative, digital, or performance marketing.
  • Understanding of trends and best practices in creatives for performance marketing.
  • Creativity and the ability to think "outside the box."
  • Copywriting skills, scriptwriting, brainstorming, and creating UGC ads.
  • Ability to clearly articulate your ideas — both verbally and in writing.
  • English proficiency at B1+ level (Intermediate and higher).
  • Analytical skills — assessing the effectiveness of creatives based on data and adapting strategies accordingly.
  • Proactiveness — proposing ideas, new approaches, and creative solutions.
  • Strong communication skills for productive collaboration with the team, designers, and content creators.

 

Will be a plus:

  • Knowledge of the META/TikTok Ads platform, understanding of marketing metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPM, Hook/Hold rates, etc.).
