    We are seeking an ambitious and visionary leader to take on the role of CEO, driving growth and success for a dynamic company focused on creating impactful B2C products. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with extensive experience in product development, scaling businesses, and innovative customer acquisition strategies. This individual should excel at inspiring teams, fostering collaboration, and delivering results.
     

    Responsibilities

    • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to drive growth, revenue, and market presence. Lead the development of the company's long-term vision and goals.
    • Team Building and Culture: Build and lead a high-performing executive team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability that aligns with the company's values.
    • Stakeholder Engagement: Establish strong relationships with investors, partners, and customers, positioning the company as a forward-thinking, customer-centric organization.
    • Market Insight and Innovation: Stay on top of industry trends and identify new opportunities for innovation and differentiation, particularly in the development and scaling of B2C products.
    • Performance Marketing and Acquisition Innovation: Demonstrated experience in performance marketing, including involvement in performance-driven teams. Ability to generate and execute creative, non-traditional customer acquisition strategies that drive market growth.
    • Financial Management: Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and capital allocation, ensuring financial stability and support for growth initiatives.
    • Operational Oversight: Ensure all departments are aligned with company goals, optimizing operational efficiency to meet business objectives.
       

    Requirements

    • Experience: Minimum 5 years in product management, business leadership, or related sectors, with a proven track record of creating, scaling, and managing successful B2C products.
    • Leadership: Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire teams and create a collaborative, high-performance environment.
    • Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of market dynamics, particularly in B2C product development and customer-focused growth strategies.
    • Results-Driven: Evidence of successfully executing on strategic goals, achieving revenue targets, and managing profitable exits.
    • Performance Marketing Expertise: Proven experience in performance marketing, with the ability to drive and implement creative, impactful customer acquisition ideas.
