Digital Marketing Manager

How we see you, our new colleague:

  • You have 2+ years in digital marketing
  • 1+ years of experience in B2B IT products and services promotion and lead generation (in-house or in agency)
  • You are proficient in a wide range of digital marketing channels and instruments like PPC, social media engagement, email. Knowledge base about content marketing and SEO will be a plus
  • You have successful experience in B2B company services promoting on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Telegram and other platforms
  • You are proficient in working with Google Analytics and Excel, some CRM, finding insights from data and making conclusions
  • You have understanding and practically use such metrics as CTR, CPL, CPA, CPC, ROMI etc
  • You are skilled in working with KPIs, planning, managing and controlling budgets.
  • You’ve got your cases of extremely high conversion from what was agreed to what was done. The ideal candidate is an achiever, obsessed with getting tasks done.
  • You have strong presentation skills
  • You can comfortably negotiate with partners and contractors with your Intermediate or Upper Intermediate English
  • You are a motivated, educated, open-minded, and tolerant individual.
  • You propose innovative ideas and successfully implement them.
  • You are eager to participate in the development and adaptation of a marketing automation tool.
  • In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising (formerly Bing Ads), Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta etc.

Nice-to-have:

  • You have a solid understanding of basic UI/UX principles
  • You’re well-versed in CRM systems and how they operate
  • You also bring experience in digital marketing for international projects

What You’ll Work On:

  • Annually develop and execute the company’s product and service promotion strategy to generate leads, expand the sales funnel, and drive B2B sales growth in the US and European markets
  • Utilize both inbound and outbound approaches, launching, analyzing, and optimizing ad campaigns to hit KPIs, and evaluating the effectiveness of each initiative
  • Email marketing: develop strategy, systematically collect contacts, segment the audience, design emails using builders, create message scripts and copy, and build a content plan for email campaigns
  • Collaborate with and manage tasks for the SEO team (external contractors) to ensure alignment with goals
  • Work with Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and YouTube to drive targeted traffic.
  • Create landing pages and ensure proper work of the corporate website site: provision of relevant content, UI/UX, SEO optimization (there is a relaunching of the existing site in process now)
  • Coordinate cross-functional work with brand managers, content creators, lead generation specialists, and the sales team
  • When necessary, recruit, manage, and oversee marketing contractors
  • Monitor and analyze the market, including geographical metrics, competitors, and industry trends
  • Use CRM systems to track progress, generate reports on individual performance and contractor work
  • Contribute as an expert in the development and adaptation of marketing automation tools.
