About the Role

As a Lead Full-Stack Developer (Tech Lead), you will take a hands-on leadership role in the design, development, and delivery of high-traffic, customer-facing applications across international markets including the United Kingdom, Germany, Spain, France, and Japan. In addition to building scalable solutions using React, .NET Core, .NET 6+, and C#, you will guide the technical direction of the team, mentor engineers, and ensure best practices in architecture, code quality, and deployment.

Full-Stack Developer for the Steam Analytics Platform

We’re building Steam Analytics—a platform that collects and visualises data on Steam games. The system aggregates information from Steam and other public sources via APIs and web-scraping to show player activity, game performance over time, and comparative project analytics.

An MVP now runs on AWS with PostgreSQL, but we plan to simplify the infrastructure and migrate to Firebase for faster development and easier scaling.

• B2 English (Upper-Intermediate)
• At least 3+ years of commercial experience with JavaScript;
• At least 2+ years of commercial experience with Node.js;
• At least 2+ years of commercial experience with React.js;
• Experience with Typescript, Nest.js;
• Experience with RDBMS and NoSQL databases;
• Experience with implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests;
• Experience with REST;
• Experience with Redux/Mobx or other state management libraries;
• Familiarity with modern interface pipelines and assembly tools;
• Ability to communicate well with process participants and team members related to business;
• Experience in integrating with external APIs;
• SOLID understanding of object-oriented and functional programming
• Flexibility and ability to adapt to changes;
• Ability to work closely with Product Managers and Engineering Team-members.

• Experience with DevOps;

We’re particularly interested in candidates from companies like People.ai, Salesloft, Outreach.io, or similar, who have experience driving technical growth and innovation at the intersection of AI and user engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Platform Architecture & Development: Design and build scalable, reliable back-end services for our AI-powered outreach platform.
• AI Integration: Collaborate with the data science team to embed AI models for personalized messaging and interactions.
• Leadership: Set the technical direction and lead the engineering efforts to deliver a robust, scalable platform.
• Product Development: Partner with the CEO to bring product concepts to life and establish technical solutions that align with the company’s growth plan.
• Performance & Security: Ensure optimal performance, security, and scalability of the platform’s infrastructure and APIs.
• Multi-Channel Communication: Develop features that enable seamless outreach across email, LinkedIn, SMS, and other platforms.

Ideal Qualifications:

• Technical Leadership Experience: Proven experience as a CTO, Senior Engineer, or Technical Lead in a product-focused tech company.
• Expertise in CRM, ERP, Outreach Automation, or AI Solutions.
• Hands-on Development Skills: Strong knowledge of back-end and front-end technologies (Node.js, Python, React, etc.).
• Experience integrating AI-driven solutions into products, particularly in outreach or customer engagement.
• Ability to scale products for large data sets and user interactions across multiple channels.
• Experience working with People.ai, Salesloft, Outreach.io, or similar companies is highly valued.
