PROJECT

The project is a web application that solves a specific issue in the automotive aftermarket. It brings together parts wholesalers, suppliers, and service stations, transforming the return process from manual and annoying to digital and effective. Also, the product helps all aftermarket stakeholders save on transportation and processing costs. It minimizes the effort required to prepare and handle return cases. The solution reduces the risk of errors and wrong decisions, and, last but not least, it helps reduce CO2 emissions. 

This solution drastically improves the handling of returns. By digitalizing and simplifying the routine manual processes, it saves users save costs, time, and increases their Customer satisfaction. 

We work as a Scrum team in a very close collaboration with PO to delivere not only new features, but also our ideas for developing and enhancing the product.

About the Project

We are looking for a reliable and proactive Junior Full-stack Developer who is ready to join us for a full-time position and would strengthen our acquisition team, which focuses on developing functionality to attract new leads more effectively. 

Tech stack: React, Next.js, Typescript, Node.js, React Native, Apollo GraphQL, Postgresql, Sequelize, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS (lambda, sqs, opensearch, dynamodb, EKS, redshift, and other).

Required skills:

• Commercial experience in Javascript (React and Node.js) - 0,6+ years;
• Experience with HTML/CSS, TS, React, Node.js, SQL, AWS;
• English: A2 (spoken) and B1+ (written)

As a plus:

• Experience with NextJS, experience with GraphQL (server and client), Websockets;
• Experience with the serverless framework;
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes

Your tasks will be:

• Implement features E2E and new marketing funnels;
• Work closely with Developers, Designers, QA Engineers, Product Manager;
• Turning marketing hypotheses into technological solutions that are easy to implement and quickly test
• Implementing A/B tests on landing pages, a Telegram bot;

• Social features in our product (tasks discussion, forum)

Who we’re looking for

We’re looking for a Full-stack Engineer (React + Python) to help us build and scale a robust message delivery platform. This role will be central in developing end-to-end systems that enable secure, efficient, and high-volume communication across multiple channels. You’ll deliver scalable backend services, intuitive interfaces, and real-time delivery pipelines.
 

In the position you will:

• Own the development of a scalable full-stack system for multi-channel message delivery, ensuring reliability across diverse formats such as SMS, voice, social media, and messenger platforms

• Strong skills in debugging, performance optimization, and writing clean, secure, maintainable code

OpenCourt is revolutionizing the sports club management space in the US. We're a court booking and club management SaaS. We're focused on racquet sports, specifically on padel and pickleball, the two fastest growing sports in the US and in the world.

We're on an upward trajectory and growing very rapidly. We're a VERY lean team, getting a LOT of work done. We're also "AI-native": we're leveraging LLMs pretty much in every step of the process of defining, prototyping, building, testing, and shipping features.

You will:

• Write a lot of code and deliver end-to-end features across the full stack in our Next.js app.
• Lead the technical aspect of the work for our small team (two developers and QA).
• Help make architectural and platform design decisions; over time take full ownership of that.
• Collaborate with the UI/UX designer to finalize and iterate on the designs.
• Do "last mile" type of dev work on features that we're shipping.
• Perform release management along with our QA Lead.
• Continue leading the technical adoption of the AI tools on our team.

About You:

• You're a very experienced developer who still enjoys writing code but is very comfortable making platform design/architecture decisions.
• You were involved in building out large, complicated B2B SaaS products.
• You understand the typical startup 80/20 tradeoffs between the "good enough" and the elusive "perfect"
• You have a decent eye for good UX.
• Your English is good enough to have a conversation with patient fluent speakers.
• You are EXCITED about being on the ground floor of a startups that's redefining the sports club software landscape in the United States.
• You're either already using Claude Code / Cursor, CodeRabbit, etc for daily coding work, or are open to adopting the AI tools for dev work.
