Job Summary

We are looking for a Risk and Anti-Fraud Analyst to protect our CS2 skins gambling platform from fraud, bonus abuse, payment risks, and suspicious user activity. You will review real-time alerts, investigate cases across Gaming, Payments, and KYC, and take appropriate actions such as additional verification, limits, withdrawal holds, or account blocking.
 

Required Qualifications (Must-Have)

• 3+ years of experience in fraud detection, risk management, fraud investigations, or similar operational risk roles within fintech, payments, iGaming, or online gambling.
• Mandatory experience with online gambling or casino products.
• Hands-on experience with SEON or a similar anti-fraud platform.
• Strong knowledge of gaming fraud, bonus abuse, multi-accounting, payment fraud, and account takeovers.
• Ability to independently manage high-volume alert and investigation queues.
• Experience working with fraud-monitoring tools, operational dashboards, APIs, and analytics systems.
• Strong attention to detail, decision-making skills, and psychological resilience.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including night shifts.
• Fluency in Ukrainian or Russian and proficiency in English for technical collaboration in a remote/global team setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Review fraud alerts, risk scores, rule triggers, and behavioral signals.
• Investigate suspicious deposits, withdrawals, bets, payouts, bonuses, KYC cases, and account activity.
• Detect bonus abuse, multi-accounting, payment fraud, account takeovers, and collusion.
• Apply limits, verification checks, withdrawal holds, restrictions, or account blocks.
• Maintain accurate and audit-ready case documentation.
• Escalate complex or high-risk cases to Payments, Compliance, Trading, or other relevant teams.

• Test internal risk tools and report bugs, false positives, and logic gaps.

• Effect Measurement & Causal Inference: quantify the true incremental impact of initiatives using A/B testing and quasi-experimental methods. Measure uplift in purchase frequency, guest spend, average check, and retention against properly designed control groups, and form clear conclusions on whether an initiative works and is worth its cost. 

• Driver & Heterogeneity Analysis: identify the most significant factors of project performance using ML: guest profile structure and dynamics, technology presence, assortment, distance to competitors – so the business can assess project potential per store, forecast effects, and scale more effectively. 

• Self-Service Validation & Monitoring: build reusable, automated frameworks for effect validation and monitoring that let Finance and business owners get verified answers on demand, with full source transparency and reproducibility.
You will join a cross-functional team to design and implement data-driven decision module that directly influence financial outcomes. 

Job Responsibilities 

• Design and run experiments (A/B tests) and quasi-experiments (difference-in-differences, synthetic control, propensity score matching), and apply causal ML to estimate the incremental and heterogeneous effects of operational, commercial, and investment initiatives.

In this role, you will

• Analyze competitors, customer needs, and market trends, and uncover insights from analytics data
• Build and maintain a roadmap for your features to improve LTV and payments conversion

• 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager with mobile apps in B2C products
• Proficient in data analysis and A/B testing
• Strong skills in analyzing user feedback and competitors
• Experience in planning and prioritizing product roadmaps aligned with business strategy
• Ability to prioritize hypotheses using frameworks like RICE
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher

We are looking for a Lead Backend Developer to architect and own the backend infrastructure of our fintech platform. You will design scalable microservices, manage critical data flows, and ensure system reliability at scale. Work directly with product, design, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into robust backend systems.

What You Will Do
Backend Architecture & Design

• Own the backend architecture end-to-end across microservices.
• Design and implement Node.js / Express services handling 20M+ transactions monthly.
• Architect PostgreSQL schemas for reliability and performance at scale.
• Define API contracts (GraphQL, REST) that support frontend and partner integrations.
• Make critical decisions on data consistency, caching, and async patterns.

Microservices & System Design

• Build and maintain multiple Node.js / Express microservices with clear ownership boundaries.
• Implement webhook-driven workflows and event-driven architecture.
• Design and implement real-time data synchronization pipelines.
• Manage message queues (RabbitMQ) for async operations and inter-service communication.

• Lead backend code reviews with focus on quality, performance, and knowledge sharing.
• Mentor junior developers and foster backend engineering best practices.

What We Are Looking For
Core Requirements:

• 5–7 years of production experience in Node.js backend development.
• Strong TypeScript across the entire stack (no JavaScript-only experience).
• PostgreSQL expertise: schema design, optimization, transactions, advanced queries.
• Prisma ORM or similar ORMs and hands-on experience with relational databases.
• GraphQL schema design and resolver implementation (REST a plus).
• Microservices architecture: designing boundaries, managing state, async communication.
• RabbitMQ or similar message brokers; event-driven architecture patterns.
• Experience with fintech, payments, or regulated financial products.
• Strong communication skills and comfort working directly with non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to Have:

• Distributed systems experience (eventual consistency, saga patterns, consensus).
• gRPC for service-to-service communication.
• Experience scaling to 100K+ users and handling high transaction volume.
• Background in AML/KYC compliance or financial data handling.
• DevOps sensibility: monitoring, logging, deployment pipelines.

What you'll be doing:
 

• Build, launch, and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns for e-commerce stores, starting with 1-2 accounts under your Head of Unit's supervision, growing to 3-4 as you ramp up.
• Run creative testing — set up ad sets, structure experiments, read results, and suggest the next iteration.
• Work daily with our Design and AI team to brief creatives and ship them into campaigns.
• Pull and structure performance data so your Head of Unit can make strategic calls on the client.
• Learn unit economics, CAC, LTV, and BE ROAS on real accounts — not theory.
• Ask questions early, not after the budget is burned.

Who we're looking for:
 

• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads — 6-12 months on real accounts, or strong personal/freelance projects you can show in detail.
• Familiarity with e-commerce. Shopify experience is a strong plus.
• Working English, written and spoken. You won't run client calls solo, but you'll read briefs, write reports, and discuss campaigns with the team in English.
• Data-first thinking. You read numbers before you read opinions.
• You actively use AI in your daily workflow.
• Hungry for feedback. You want someone to tell you what you did wrong so you fix it the next day, not the next quarter.
