We're looking for a strategic, data-driven Head of VIP to own the design, performance, and continuous optimization of our VIP retention program across T1 and T2 casino markets. You'll set the strategy, bring innovation, novel ideas, own the numbers, and lead through a dedicated VIP Team Leader who runs day-to-day execution. You'll spend your time on segmentation, cohort analysis, program design, and cross-functional influence, stepping into the player-facing world only for your top 10–20 Tier-1 accounts and genuine crisis escalations.

What You'll Own

• Strategic Analytics: Design and maintain our multi-tier segmentation (Mass Market / Pre-VIP / VIP) and cohort framework (Active, Churn, Reactivated, New), and deliver 7-day, 14-day, and monthly performance intelligence across every project and market.

• Business Performance: Own retention rate, churn reactivation, NGR/deposit growth, LTV, bonus efficiency ratio, and surplus margin — and report on them monthly to leadership.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with Product, Marketing, CRM, Compliance, and Finance to keep VIP strategy aligned with the wider business, and represent the segment at board level.
• Team Leadership: Set the department's KPI framework and give strategic direction to your VIP Team Leader — who owns scheduling, coaching, QA, and the day-to-day player relationship.

What We're Looking For

• Proven track record building or scaling a VIP program in iGaming/gambling, ideally across regulated T1/T2 markets.
• Fluency with the metrics that actually run a VIP book: NGR (not just GGR), cohort-based LTV, LTV:CAC, bonus efficiency, and surplus margin.

About the Role

As a Product Owner, you will take ownership of casino product development, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive product initiatives from discovery to delivery.
 

You will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, improving player experience, optimizing product performance, and delivering features that create measurable business impact across Tier-1 markets.
 

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the product roadmap and backlog
• Define product vision, strategy, and priorities based on business goals and player needs
• Analyze product performance and monitor key metrics (GGR, NGR, RTP, Retention, LTV, Conversion)
• Conduct market, competitor, and player research across Tier-1 markets
• Create product requirements, specifications, user stories, and feature documentation
• Collaborate closely with CRM, Analytics, Design, and Development teams
• Drive A/B testing initiatives and data-driven product improvements
• Optimize retention mechanics, bonus systems, and player journeys
• Identify growth opportunities and scale successful product initiatives
• Ensure timely delivery of product features and improvements
 

Requirements

• 4+ years of Product Owner or Product Management experience within iGaming
• Strong experience working with Tier-1 markets
• Deep understanding of casino product metrics (GGR, NGR, RTP, Retention, LTV, Conversion)
• Hands-on experience with analytics and experimentation tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, Power BI, Amplitude, or similar)
• Strong knowledge of player behavior, segmentation, and customer journey mapping
• Experience designing and optimizing retention strategies
• Experience with bonus mechanics, gamification, and engagement systems
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and product development processes
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing product backlogs
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent Ukrainian and Russian communication skills
• English proficiency (B2+) will be considered a strong advantage

We are looking for an experienced Head of Acquisition to take full ownership of player acquisition across Tier-1 markets.
 

You will lead an existing Acquisition team, shape the acquisition strategy, manage budgets, and drive the growth and efficiency of our acquisition channels. You will have a high level of autonomy and direct ownership of acquisition performance and business results.
 

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall player acquisition strategy across Tier-1 markets;
• Lead, manage, and develop the existing Acquisition team;
• Own acquisition budgets and ensure efficient allocation of spend;
• Scale high-performing acquisition channels and identify new growth opportunities;
• Analyze campaign and channel performance and make data-driven decisions;
• Own and improve key metrics such as CPA, CAC, ROI/ROAS, FTD, LTV, conversion rate, and retention;
• Optimize the player acquisition funnel from the first touchpoint through FTD and further monetization;
• Set team KPIs, targets, and performance standards;
• Forecast acquisition performance and budget requirements;
• Monitor traffic quality and overall acquisition efficiency;
• Work closely with Product, CRM, Analytics, BI, Creative, and other teams;
• Stay up to date with market trends, competitors, and new acquisition opportunities.
   

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Acquisition / Performance Marketing;
• Previous experience in a Head / Lead role;
• Strong hands-on experience in iGaming / Gambling;
• Proven track record of working with Tier-1 GEOs;
• Experience managing acquisition budgets and scaling traffic;
• Strong understanding of performance marketing and player acquisition;
• Strong knowledge of CPA, CAC, ROI/ROAS, FTD, LTV, conversion rate, and retention;
• Experience managing and developing an existing team;
• Strong analytical and strategic mindset;
• Ability to take full ownership of acquisition performance and business results;
• English — Upper-Intermediate or higher.

We’re looking for someone who understands affiliate marketing beyond partner communication — someone who can evaluate traffic quality, work with key metrics, negotiate commercial terms and scale profitable partnerships.
 

What you’ll do:

• Find, onboard and develop new affiliate partners;
• Manage existing partners and scale successful campaigns;
• Work with Turkey and Tier-1 GEOs;
• Launch and manage traffic on CPA, Hybrid, RevShare, Flat Fee and Listing models;
• Negotiate rates, KPIs, caps, placements and other commercial terms;
• Monitor traffic quality and campaign performance;
• Analyze key metrics: FTD, Reg2Dep, Deposit Sum, RD, GGR/NGR, OAS and Retention;
• Identify fraud, low-quality traffic and growth opportunities;
• Work with different traffic sources: SEO, PPC, Media Buying, Influencers, Telegram/SMM, Email, Apps and others;
• Collaborate with Product, Analytics, Finance and Tech teams.
