We are looking for a Lead Generation Specialist who will build outbound pipelines and book qualified calls for our Business Development and US-based team. This role is focused on outreach, list building, and conversion to booked calls - not on closing deals or managing client relationships directly.
We are only considering candidates with previous lead generation experience specifically for IT outsourcing, software development, or tech services companies. General lead generation experience in other industries is not sufficient for this role.

What you will do:
- Build and maintain lead lists targeting founders, CTOs, and operations leaders.
- Run outbound lead generation campaigns.
- Personalize outreach messages for US-based prospects.
- Book qualified calls for the Business Development / US team.
- Track outreach and results in the CRM.
- Continuously improve messaging based on response quality.

What we are looking for:
- You have proven lead generation experience for IT services or software development companies.
- You have experience using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Snov, Lemlist, Instantly, or similar.
- You have strong written and spoken English (B2 level or higher)
- You have a result-oriented mindset.
