Bonus Manager (iGaming)

We are looking for a Bonus Manager to join our iGaming team and help create, launch, and analyze engaging casino bonuses and promotional campaigns.

Requirements
 

• 6+ months of experience in iGaming is preferred
• Basic understanding of casino bonuses, promotions, and wagering mechanics
• Understanding of key bonus types: Deposit Bonus, Free Spins, Cashback, No Deposit Bonus
• Basic analytical skills and ability to work with campaign data
• Confident user of Excel / Google Sheets
• Attention to detail and ability to work with multiple campaigns simultaneously
• Understanding of basic casino metrics such as GGR, NGR, Bonus Cost, etc
• Basic understanding of bonus abuse and multi-accounting is a plus
• English level: Intermediate or higher

Responsibilities
 

• Assist in planning, configuring, and launching casino bonuses and promotional campaigns
• Set up and manage different types of promotions, including:
  • Deposit Bonuses
  • Free Spins
  • Reload Bonuses
  • Tournaments, 
  • Gamification mechanics (fortune wheels, loot boxes, etc)
• Configure bonus conditions, including wagering requirements, eligible games, and campaign period, etc
• Support the launch of seasonal and event-based promotions
• Monitor active campaigns and ensure bonuses are working correctly
• Prepare basic reports on promotional performance
• Analyze key campaign metrics such as conversion, bonus cost, and wagering completion
• Work closely with Retention, Product, Affiliates, Analytics, and Customer Support teams
• Maintain the promotional calendar
