We are looking for an Affiliate Manager to build and scale the affiliate acquisition channel for one of our AI companionship products.

This role goes beyond partner management. We are looking for someone who understands how affiliate traffic works end-to-end: from finding and onboarding the right partners to analyzing performance, improving offers and funnels, and ultimately driving profitable traffic at scale.

You’ll have a high level of ownership and the opportunity to build an affiliate system that can become an important growth channel for the product.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and scale the affiliate channel by sourcing, onboarding, and developing relationships with affiliates, webmasters, agencies, and other traffic partners
• Own affiliate performance and increase the volume of profitable traffic
• Analyze traffic, partner, and offer performance to understand what to scale, optimize, or stop
• Work closely with product and marketing teams to improve offers, landing pages, and funnels for affiliate traffic

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience in affiliate marketing with proven, measurable results
