Project Manager

We are looking for a proactive and motivated Project Manager who will work in a fast-paced environment of a growing DefTech company. 

Responsibilities: 

• Own end-to-end delivery of assigned custom development projects (scope, schedule, risks, stakeholder comms) and work with operation business processes 
• Run project intake and discovery: requirements sessions with business owners, translate outcomes into ADO Epics/Features/Stories with acceptance criteria 
• Maintain ADO hygiene as the single source of truth — backlog, iterations, work item states, status reporting 
• Coordinate delivery across engineering, sales, and finance stakeholders, including the Finland and US office (async, English) 
• Report delivery status and escalations to the TPM weekly; prepare stakeholder-facing updates and presentations 

Requirements: 

• 5+ years managing software/IT delivery projects with business stakeholders (not just task tracking) 
• Proven requirements elicitation — able to run a discovery workshop and produce a structured backlog from it 
• Comfortable working with technical teams without being a developer; can read a system diagram and challenge estimates 
• Strong verbal and written communication — status reports, meeting summaries, escalation emails 

Nive to have:  

• Dynamics 365 CRM or Business Central implementation experience 
• BA/PM certification (PSPO, PMP, or equivalent) or process-mapping experience (BPMN) 
• Experience with AI tools for documentation and backlog drafting
